"I visited Mercy the 9th of January, 2024. Upon entry of an ER room, a Nurse inserted my iv incorrect and had to reinstate insertion. It was discovered that that iv was placed in an artery. It was discovered during a Chest CT scan when contrast die was routed through that artery and not the vein. I screamed for them to turn it off and jumped out of the Catscan. (Jason I believe is his first name) Sanor said it might be in his artery. The head nulgrabbed a blood vile and attached it to my Iv and said yes it is in his artery. They put an iv in my left arm and redid the procedure(I have photos of the 3 iv sites). I was assured by several nurses, especially the main nurse that it would be documented that it would be documented before leaving the X ray room. There were 10-12 employees at the time. That can be viewed no doubt on their camera systems. I was returned to my room and requested the Ativan that was given to me becauseI was extremely shaken up. No further action was taken to ensure my health after with regard to this matter. Before I left I asked to see the documenting and nothing was available on the failed procedure. I was told by the nurse(she printed my discharge papers and excuse for work, so her name is in the Log book of their system) that she couldn't change anything and had to write the doctor a not to add the malpractice procedure. I spoke with several people the same night at Mercy asking why this information is not available and was told I would receive a call. Upon finalizing my day of work, I proceeded to call Mercy's complaint department with no answer. I left a detailed message. I received a voicemail and called Tony Ferguson. Still awaiting info. Chest pain not gone away since that procedure. I am having pain in my right arm running into my chest where ther artery lies. I cannot sleep due to the stress involved with this. It is not being addressed in the manner it should be. Looks like they are trying to hide or cover it up."

"Yes, it's sad how people that feel they have parasites/skin infection are shamed and belittled when YOU know your body better than anyone else BUT they have studied medicine. It's necessary to work together with an INFECTIOUS DISEASE Dr. Or Parasitologist (although much harder to come by). Do all of your labs but then simply say you are having bad rashes/itching/sensations. All too often with this type of thing it is not detected until its made your life a living hell. Its a parasites agenda to live so these suckers are on their A game when it comes to hiding. Tests that matter. CBC. Urine culture (look for high proteins, high esonophils, high wbc are some dead giveaways.) Stool sample. Blood smear. Skin scraping. Do not go in talking about parasites or bugs. Appear to have some sensibility. So many illnesses can cause rashes, tactile/visual hallucinations. You too have to be open to the fact that it could be ANYTHING. I've been dealing with my own thing for over a year but I have been to hell and I'm still trying to get back to some normalcy. And please please do not forget who the Almighty Healer/ Doctor is. Pray fervently for discernment, peace, and understanding…that He may go before you and be your sound of reason/ your middle ground… these people have been entrusted with our lives yet willing go against the very oath they took. Be your best advocate."

"DR. Thomas and the emergency room staff was amazing with my mother who was put on life support 1/11/24. The nursing team dress in white. Thank you for working hard as a team to get the job done. All the staff in the ICU during midnight shift was caring and compassionate. Lisa and Steve answered all my family questions about my mother healthcondition. The room was peaceful and clean."

"It was busy in the ER but all staff were helpful and cared about doing their jobs well. They did a great job getting tests done quickly, and then sharing results with me. Although you have to return back to the waiting room in between steps, I really don't think that's a reason for complaint. I mean, it's an ER and there are constantly (possibly) sicker people coming in that may need care more urgently. It's a hospital, so t's not first come first served. After 8 hours in the ER, I was admitted and the staff on 5th floor was awesome. Shout out to Emma, the best RN I had during my stay. Also, huge thanks to the vascular team and Cody with the ultrasound TV :) I really appreciated the professionalism and speed! I thought Mercy staff did a great job. Staffing levels were *not* what they should be, especially at night, which I am sure Mercy is aware of. The patient rooms were outdated and not the most cleanly."
