"Took my dear boy to this vet. She was very nice but her staff could use some training. Anyway wanted me to just send my dog in by himself. I do understand these are difficult times. But that’s like asking you to send your young child into the drs office by themselves. AND WHO WOULD DO THAT. !!!!!!!!! Already found another vet. When I told them why I was switching and ask about their policy they assured me they would never ask me to send my pup in alone. Don’t take your pets here."
"I have taken our dogs and cats to Dr. Watters for over 20 years now. Obviously, I think she is a great vet, but not only that, she listens and understands the bond we form with our "kids". The staff has always been wonderful, kind and helpful, the new folks and the folks that have been there awhile. And believe me, with my being in rescue and having a passion for the old and special needs, I do call them a LOT! I have never been turned away or put off even when I know they are swamped. I consider every one there not only a knowledgeable professional, but also a friend."
