"Never answer phones, or robot directed to infinity and beyond. Sign in so low, that if you have a bad back - forget it. Designed for 3' tall people. No help for blind people. Whole waiting room is complaining about bad experiences with the process. Referred to by SUMMA heath in Akron, to save 20 extra mile drive. Tried to call to see if this was the right place, because there are 20 different businesses call Quest, including drug rehabs. Have to drive there to find out, cuz, your questions are not important to us ... click"

"I was in and out in 15 min (with an appointment). The person who took my blood was friendly and caring. They make it super easy to schedule an appointment and check in."

"Wow. They NEED to have a front desk! This was ridiculous! I was confused and couldn’t figure out how to make an appt. I Went on standby I guess. Why would that even be an option.??? Like who wants to sit there all day and wait. Like What???? So I asked 2 different workers to help me with my problem. They said oh just do it again and then we will take you. And doing it again made the appt 1 hr and 40 mins more for me to wait!!!!! This is ridiculous. Everyone was so rude!!! And we’re not trying to be helpful at all. I had a sick baby and my daughter and I both had to have fast blood work. She was starving and I couldn’t ask her to go another 1hr and 40 mins with out eating. Something needs changes this was horrible!! I will not be coming back. I used quest for a lot of thing. Not now. Bye"

"If I could give no stars I would, I went for a drug test for my new job, you would think I was talking to a robot, how rude the lady was, also it wasn’t just one lady that was rude it was two, my mom had got a drug test as well, so it wasn’t a race thing, the workers are literally just mean, I had a white lady, and my mom had a black lady, and they both were mean, the lady I got was upset that I forgot that I wasn’t suppose to flush the toilet, and maybe if she wasn’t so mean and made me feel comfortable I wouldn’t had flushed it, I was also trying to explain to her that I had a female problem going on and that some of the string was in the cup, she didn’t care, and brushed me off and even after all that I was still trying to be nice, and I don’t recommend this place and I’ll never go back here, I suggest if you don’t like your job QUIT, or get a new one!! Life is not that bad to be mean or rude to customers! How can I follow directions when they make it seem like I’m a inmate! Just disrespectful!"

"It’s okay when you have a scheduled appointment, if not you usually have a long wait. I’ve Never had a issue with getting my labs done here. I have small veins in my arms, other places have issues as in, using large needles and bruising. Never had a problem here. I frequently get my labs and other bloodwork taken at this facility, since my endocrinologists office is directly above this building. It’s very convenient. I had a appointment for 11:00 am this morning to get a re draw and everything worked out very smoothly."
