"Have been trying to over 2 months to get a bill or some sort of statement, instead of just an email saying "pay here". They have not told me the date of service or the anything. Called the phone number several times and each time they say they will send a statement, but still have not received one. Last call they said they would send a bill but also be sending me to collections!?! If it's a true bill, I can afford $25 but let's the actual billing statement!!!"

"I have been trying to pay a $9.31 bill for 6 months. The automated system doesn't work - it just transfers you to customer service. Customer service rep reads from a script and then puts you on hold. They keep coming back on the line to tell you to keep holding. I finally give up at some point. Worst billing experience ever and still haven't been able to pay my bill."

"I have been trying since December of '21 to have bill sent to workman's comp for my husband's workman's comp claim. Six months ago I received a collection notice because they never billed workers comp. Every month we called giving info and being told it'd be taken care of within 30 days. Today I contacted the attorney that was handling my husband's claim to find out they've never been billed. I called again this evening gave all information again. I was promised again this would be fixed. Now we wait."

"The service wasn't the problem the billing department is the dreadful. I paid my bill bill on 6/24/2022 and received a collection notice August the second week of August for the exact amount of the previously paid bill. I was on hold for 10 minutes to speak the fist customer service rep. I am not waiting again to speak to a billing manager as I was unable to resolve my issue with the first person. I have the bank information from my bank showing payment. Absolutely awful Radiology Associates!"

"The billing office is real bad!!! Got a bill in July and sent a check to them with 2 days! Got another bill in August for the same amount that the check was for? The check I sent was cashed back in July. I called them in August about the bill and they have no record of my check even though they cashed it. So I payed during me call with a Visa card. A ticket was opened and I received a email in September that this was resolved?? No explanation on how it was resolved??? after many calls and including a call today 11/22/2021 no answer on my account and I asked about a refund for over payment. Told me to check in the next 30 days for a status!! I asked to speak to a manager, was told it would be 28 to 48 hrs to hear back !! What a way to run a billing Dept"
