"I had the misfortune of staying at a K Property I booked on AirB&B, it was a terrible experience. A look on Alaska’s Court View website helped explain Kelli’s lack of professionalism. The property in Girdwood, Alaska, was in very poor physical condition inside and out. The heater beeps every 15 minutes because the filter needed changing, making it difficult to sleep, which turned out to be nothing compared to Kelli’s inappropriately texting and calling me at midnight and then having the police call me to extort additional money for the overpriced 5 bedroom, 2 unit property I had rented because of one additional guest and pups joined for a few hours. Which she saw on the cameras and didn’t raise as a concern until the middle of the night. I’m not sure where all of the cameras are located. She continued to text message me threats about leaving reviews after departure. Kelli’s approach to property management is completely deplorable. I hope other people will not be subjected to her irrational harassment in the future."
"Traveller Beware! The Lucky Duck, managed by K Properties, is not what it seems. It is advertised as a shared living space, yet there is actually very little to share. There is no kitchen, as advertised. There is a sink, a coffee pot, and a microwave too small to use. There is no toaster, no stove, nothing. When we arrived, there was garbage in all the trashcans and the countertops were covered in a sticky mess. The most offensive aspect, however, is the terrible people who live there. The night before we left, they had a late night argument that went on and on, the poor woman who lives there begging the male partner to stop. "If you loved me, you wouldn't do this to me!" Things were thrown, doors were slammed, shouting went on and on. This was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in, in 50+ years of traveling. Beware . . . it's not what it's advertised to be. We provided all of this feedback to the rental agent and she did nothing but question why we stayed there. Absolutely awful!"
"I booked one of their properties two months in advance. One month out I had a change in commitments and requested to change the dates of my stay. The host avoided the request along with multiple attempts to contact them for the next two weeks until Booking.com got more involved. The host Kelli then told me via email I could credit the cancelled stay toward a new stay if I cancelled the reservation first. I cancelled as instructed and when I requested the new dates I was told by Kelli that I could no longer use these credits, book a future stay, or be refunded. Booking.com completely folded on the issue and said that my stay was non refundable per the cancellation policy. This was an intentional effort by Kelli to defraud me, who to date refuses to accept my new reservation dates. I would never do business with such a shady suspect and hope nobody else would either. Avoid K properties, LLC, Kelli's specific property the Glacier Guest House/ room, and Booking.com if you do not want to be a victim of outright theft."
