"The hotel is showing its age, comes with a hefty price tag, and unfortunately, the bed sheets carry an odd smell. Additionally, the pervasive scent of cigarettes throughout the property was quite unexpected. Considering the $140 per night rate and my prior positive experiences at other locations, this fell short of my expectations."

"Close to airport is only good about this place. Other than that this is the worst place I've stayed in Juneau. Loud inside, no breakfast, no pool, coin operated laundry, bath tub had a hair ring around it showing it had not been cleaned. Had to stand at front entrance at 3pm until I was noticed so I could be let in for check in. Stay elsewhere is what I'll always recommend."

The service I received from William at check in was so great and I was so thankful to him. Every other front desk staff I have encountered have been very nice and very helpful.
