"This place is beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights. The staff is super friendly and very hospitable. Breakfast is complimentary. Coffee, bottled water, fruits, and snacks are complimentary 24/7. My wife and I will definitely stay here again on future visits to Juneau."

I had breakfast delivered to my room every morning which was delicious, as well as downstairs had tea/coffee options all day. The giant tub in my room was so nice after all the travel. "Let me take the time to thank Grandma's Featherbed for taking my money and putting me in a room for my wedding night, only to be woken up at 7AM to the carpet being replaced in the room directly above us. Romantic. No compensation. This place is lucky I didn't throw a rock through the window after checkout."

"Beautiful hotel, but needs an elevator. Dragging heavy luggage up a steep flight of stairs took a lot of effort. And, the employee stationed at the desk watched me struggle and never offered to assist me in getting my luggage up, or down, the stairs."

"We found this hotel to be very comfortable. Nicely decorated and very quiet. It is quite removed from most amenities one would want to visit in Juneau, so I don’t recommend staying here if you don’t have a vehicle as Uber rides can be very expensive ($42 for a reserved ride to the the airport 2 miles away). Fresh cooked breakfasts are included which you can either have in your room or the small dining area. The oversized whirlpool tub would have been great if the sound of the pump wasn’t incredibly noisy."
