"Worst place to live the place itself it’s outdated it’s always dirty worst service with manager thry take long to answer and when they do it’s not help at all the security deposit should called free money because they don’t return it the 1 room apts they never have hot water or water in general not heater nothing and have lots of breaking in from homeless or crackheads they are sneaky with the contracts bunch of thieves"

"We have been without hot water, at times lukewarm to mildly warm, but it was never sustained. The carpet was never put in correctly. The walls have holes and cracks in the paint, especially in the bathroom. The utilities have skyrocketed in price and not a fan of the other hidden fees either. The managers aren't very helpful with concerns from tenants. The apartments are in serious need of work and repairs. They aren't maintained very well, especially for the price."

"Disgusting place truthfully, didn’t even make a year living here it’s outdated, theres lead in the paint, mold, everything is cheap, your back door is basically just a closet door that’s falling apart. Maintenance is disgusting. I had decorative white towels on the counter he grabbed them with his hand full of oil and cleaned off, proceeded to leave the towels on the ground! He asked me to leave so he could focus. Which I kindly asked him to make sure the door was locked once he left came back 8 hours later to the door left fully open! And the sewer water had filled up my entire kitchen sink covering the floors pots and pans that I had to throw away!!! This place is a disgrace! Don’t move here at all! Please listen to me when I say this I’m not trying to be rude just giving an honest review."

"Have not liked living at Lilac Place. Walls are so thin. Pretty sure at least two neighbors are drug dealers. Crazy loud screaming fights at all hours of the night. Didn't have hot water FOR A MONTH. Very hot in the summer. AC doesn't work at all. Management is very hard to get a hold of. Overpriced. Hidden fees. Overall just a terrible experience and can't wait to get out."

"The apartment itself is pretty cheap. In both ways. Walls are thin, but the ceilings are even thinner; you can hear your upstairs neighbor's every step. If noise stresses you out- beware. The kitchen drawers always stick, and there are potholes in the parking spaces. Rent is very affordable for the location. The manager is a super helpful, reasonable guy who responds quickly to problems. Apartment is small, but honestly pretty cozy."
