SpringHill Suites by Marriott Provo

"I wish I could give this property 5 stars. I loved the cleanliness, location, and service. Unfortunately, two things prevent a better review. First, the in-room HVAC doesn’t work properly. We were a group of over 12 rooms, so this was a consistent experience among us. It was winter and temperatures were very cold. The in-room HVAC doesn’t regulate the temperature properly and made for an uncomfortable stay. Second, we drink coffee and tea, but of course this is Provo. The property offers coffee and tea in the lobby, but it wasn’t hot even one time during our week-long stay. Not even during breakfast. It is definitely a reluctant offering of the property."

"Oversized rooms, with partition to separate sitting/office area. Shower and sink AND a separate toilet and sink area. Breakfast was pretty good. Fresh eggs, sausage and waffles. Oatmeal with lots of topping choices Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful"

"Our room is luxurious with a small separate living room/office and two queen size beds, which actually may be kings, they are so big. The toilet is in a water closet apart from the shower/tub area. The WC has its own sink and mirror, so I use that for shaving, etc.,and leave the big counter and sink to my wife. USB ports all over to recharge phones and other tech. The free "Continental" breakfast is a complete meal, offering hot and cold cereal, waffles, eggs, breakfast sandwiches, etc. My only complaint is that the bathtub is quite short-maybe 3/4 length. Very close to BYU and a straight shot to UVSC."

"The room was clean and it was nice. The room we were in had two queen beds, a full size couch and a desk that was partially closed off for doing work with less distractions. The bathroom and shower were separate with their own doors and there was a walk in closet. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and I really enjoyed it."

"The room I was giving had a broken heater, but the front desk manager quickly found me a new room and even offered to help me move. She was so awesome! The rooms are all very comfortable and clean. They have a small gym that I used every day. They have a small indoor pool, but not a hot tub. The hot breakfast that is included looked good."
