Baymont by Wyndham Provo River

"I would think twice about staying at this hotel. Especially if you are disabled in any way! They have no elevator. The stay was horrendous! I had to take my 49 pound suitcase up two flights of stairs. I asked for a first floor room but they said they were sold out. I have MS and I was in pain for days after. The soda machine on the second floor gave out warm sodas. The continental breakfast was stale and no one was there to over look the breakfast. It was a free for all! At checkout in the morning no one was there and they had a note that said if you need assistance dial one. I will never stay there again and will report them for not accommodating disabled people!"

"Blood stains on multiple pillows, bathroom sink had stains, the nightstand had burn marks, other furniture in the room was damaged and left in disrepair. Ended up checking out after the first night and management retroactively increased the nightly rate. When checking in and out other guests were also complaining at the front desk. Management does not seem to care about the quality of their property or providing decent customer service. It is a cheap hotel, but there are better alternatives for the same price in the area. The advertised rate may not necessarily be what you end up paying for a very low quality stay. I would avoid this property at all costs."

"The rooms were clean, I'll give you that. We rented four rooms for a weekend wedding. The rooms could really benefit from a fresh coat of paint on some of the walls. The shower curtain rod in my own room was barely attached, and water sprayed out from both sides of it. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. No cushioning at all. I'd like to assume that not all the rooms were like this. (And to top it off I lost my wedding ring on the premises). But again, the room's were very clean, which I genuinely appreciated."

"I paid over $90.00 for a room, went to have breakfast in the morning looking forward to some eggs, maybe even some sausage no such luck on either. you would think for the price of $90 a room you might have a decent breakfast but no such luck. Also after reading all the reviews you would think they would do something about it clean the rooms, a little remodeling wouldn't hurt. Definitely does not deserve 3.3 Stars more like 1.3."

"We stayed at Baymont by Wyndham for a weekend to go to a family reunion. The check-in and out was a breeze. The staff members are very polite and friendly. They also offer a breakfast room but we had only time for some coffee and bagels, but they have a variety of other baked goods, drinks and waffles. I highly recommend Baymont by Wyndham, Provo. :)"
