"If I could give lower I would. Not worth the price even if close to BYU. Management never responds, installs things incorrectly, or sometimes doesn’t even install. Much better places for your money"
"November 2023: The management has been so helpful and communicative in helping my other son sign a contract and get an apartment. Update, September 2023: The original review was posted in August during move in. Since then, I have been in contact with the office again and they have been very helpful. August Experience 2023 1.The office is impossible to get a hold of and doesn't return calls or emails. We left 2 calls and wrote 2 emails and no one reponded. 2.They are severely understaffed and don't care that they are, they just make excuses. Students living in the apartment complex told us how impossible it is to reach the office staff and that they didn't follow through with their promises. 3. Additionally, the one time we were able to reach them on the phone, they told us that there were plenty of parking spaces and that we didn't need to reserve one ahead of time. On the day of check-in, they told us that there were no parking spaces available and that we should have reserved ahead of time! Two completely opposite pieces of information. 4. Their office hours on the website were incorrect and the staff showed up 45 minutes later for the office hours than what was posted on the door. This is during the week of school when students are moving into their apartments. So unimpressed with their management. It is unprofessional and unreliable."
"Management is terrible. It is nearly impossible to contact them. Good luck on getting your deposit back. Nearly impossible to sell your contracts because they charge a $400 transfer fee to the person selling the contract, as well as to the person buying. A friend in the same complex living in the basement had sewage gas leaking into his apartment, making his whole room reek like an outhouse. This friend spent weeks trying to get in contact with the management. When he finally did get in contact, they did not believe him, and refused to do anything about the problem. He had to wait two months before the smell dissipated. My recommendation is to live somewhere else, and support apartment complexes that are actually honest and somewhat care about the residents."
"I cannot even begin to you to describe how horrible this place is to live at. Management is unavailable and will do just about anything to make you pay more. If there were ever a problem, they ignored it until it became an even larger problem and eventually made the residents pay for it. No apartment is worth the amount of worry that University Park will cause you. This may seem harsh, but trust me when I say that this is tame compared to how miserable this apartment complex made life while I live there."
"It’s close to campus and the ward is great. That’s it. Whatever the rent is add like 50 bucks to that for the utilities and communication fee and what not. There’s six people to a unit which is pretty tight. There’s two fridges and two bathrooms so that’s nice but not enough space. Communication between management also isn’t great. I’ve contacted them several different ways about getting my deposit back and they wont answer. We also had to move out on July 31st for some reason even though summer term was still going and most places don’t have you move out til 2 weeks later"
