"The apartments are huge and basically new, good atmosphere, my friends are always shocked by how nice the apartment looks when they see it for the first time. Also, whenever me and my other roommates have had any issues, they have always solved the problem quickly. I am having a really good experience!"

"My daughter has really liked living here. Her apartment is big. She loves her closet. I’m glad she has covered parking. She loves using the gym. The location is very convenient. I know the front office team is working hard to be available and helpful to the tenants."

"Regret living here! Biggest mistake. Expect to pay $200 more then what they tell you! They will charge you the most random fees and charge you outrageous amounts for utilities when everyone in my apartment is never here and we don’t leave anything on or running. If you want to sell your lease it’s a $250 transfer fee. No other apartment complex charges that! Also two months later after living here they randomly charged us $50 each for Aug utilities.. when we only lived here for 3 days in Aug after moving in. I asked where I was on the waiting list for a parking spot and they wouldn’t tell me. Literally so stupid that they couldn’t give me any idea. No street parking around here either! So expect to walk in the rain, snow, late nights about 15 mins to and back from your car. The only windows in our apartment literally face another apartment/wall. So we don’t see anything but a metal wall during the day and at night you have to close your blinds so the people across can’t see you. This place is not worth $800. SOCIAL: my roommates and I wanted to move here because we thought it was social and wanted to meet people. Literally it’s dead here! My roommates and I talk all the time about how we miss living at liberty square!! It isn’t as modern but it’s 10x more fun! You have an actual pool, hot tub, two basketball courts (one indoor and one outdoors), more parking underground, more street parking and it’s so social!! And worth your money!! I was one day late to paying my rent here at college place and it was $75 + another $30!! That’s ridiculous!! I was one day late at liberty square and it was like $30 bucks. If you are looking for a place to live Liberty Square and the Village are way better!"
