Best Western Plus Provo University Inn 1600 North Freedom Boulevard, Provo, UT 84604

"This hotel was FILTHY! Obviously, housekeeping only does the bare minimum when servicing the rooms. Everything inside the room was dirty - the A/C unit, the phone, the coffee maker, the bathroom, etc. And there was no in room microwave available. The water in the shower took a very long time to get hot. Also, breakfast was extremely limited in its selections. Eggs & breakfast meats are the only acceptable options for our family due to dietary restrictions, & this hotel offered neither of those things. We will not be visiting ever again."

"It's just OK. We have stayed here many times because of the proximity to BYU football games, but it continues to decline in cleanliness and quality. The Springhill Suites shares the same parking lot, so also has the benefit of the best location for attending a BYU football game, but they are usually booked up. The Best Western seems like it's always not quite clean. The shower/tub combos have been refinished with some type of coating which is always peeling off so it's pretty gross. Most of the rooms we have stayed in have noticeable stains on the carpet. Also, the windows are usually pretty dirty. In general, the whole place seems to be overdue for a refresh."

"The balcony door on the room will not lock and several lamps in the room don't work. The manager refused to move us to another room but assured us that we'd be safe!!! The freezer was also frosted over severely and several of the lampshades were broken/damaged. This was all observed on check in. I'll update tomorrow if I survive the night!!!"

Although I had a really bad experience over the phone from someone previous you graciously took on helping me where they wouldn't. I definitely would recommend staying here any day and I hope that you are doing well and know that you are well loved and appreciated by both me and my husband!"

"It was close to campus, the temples and the MTC. We had the fire alarm go off around 6 am due to kitchen staff burning something. The breakfast was good even with the unpleasant wake-up call. The room left a little to be desired. There were stains on the ceiling and floor. The fold out sofa bed had garbage under it, and the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and appeared to be clean."
