"Kinda cramped and dirty with no parking- but apartments are apartments!"
"Perfect location, great people."
"I've lived at Hampton Court for a year now and it's pretty nice. The people in the ward are good people. It's really close to BYU campus. The management has responded to us in a timely manner. The rent isn't too expensive. There isn't a whole lot of noise coming from other apartments. And the apartments are pretty spacious. I'm giving it 5 stars because the experience has been a good one. The apartments are not the newest, but for a college student I wasn't expecting that. What they are is functional and even cute. It's a great place to live."
"The worst apartment I've ever lived in. It's so expensive and we didn't even have a light in our front room. There is a smell that we can't get rid of no matter how clean it is, how many candles, or how many plug ins we have had. Aspen Ridge will charge you for sneezing. They will find any way to charge you. It's an all girls complex and it's the most unfriendly place I've ever lived, don't bother having friends over because they won't find parking, simple updates just don't get done (creeks in floors, water damage to the ceiling, having a light put in the main living area...) I feel bad for anyone who lives here. It took me less than 3 weeks after moving here to find a new contract somewhere else. I would never suggest living here."
