Reviews
"I’ve lived at Glenwood for a little over a year. This place is terrible. As you’ve seen from previous reviews management is just not that good. I have 2 reasons for my review 1. Is the service of management. There have been times when I’ve reported something to management and just get laughed at. An example is of people who do not live at Glenwood coming to use the hot tub and interrogate people like they are a licensed person in a professional capacity. Another reason is the bullying that happens at Glenwood by other residents and sometimes management."
"I’ve enjoyed living here and really like the accommodations! Staff usually responds pretty quickly in times of need, and most things are available when needed. I wish they’d provide vacuums again though."
"We’ve had issues with our pipes that come from our kitchen sink smelling bad and kept submitting work orders. Management would tell us maintenance had come and fixed it but the problem wouldn’t go away. They’d blame it on us not running our dishwasher enough or other things, when that shouldn’t really affect it. Finally after about 6 months of our apartment smelling terrible, and us spending a fortune on candles, we got it taken care of. In December it seemed like they stopped heating the hot tub as much and so no one was able to use it, nor did they want to, so that was unfortunate and disappointing. Management does a lot to try and get people to renew leases like breakfasts and events which is nice. The people that live here are friendly as well, and the location is great."
"I've been here for almost 5 months, still 146 on the wait list for parking. The overflow lot has been empty for the whole time I've been here. Staff won't do anything about it. They will happily refer you to a dude who rents through venmo a parking spot at a closed down bank across the street, but even then he doesn't allow you to park there when the stadium has events. Last I knew he was charging $40 a month or so. Rent is always a pain to pay due to their website and app being ridiculous. Have fun living at Glenwood!!!! Update: Yeah I finally got a parking pass a couple weeks ago. It's like $30 for a general pass."
"I HAD SO MUCH FUN LIVING AT GLENWOOD!! I lived at Glenwood for 2 years and I loved my experience so much! The social life is super big and that's where I made majority of my friends. Their apartments are SO NICE and homey! The 2 fridges had me sold!! Management is so nice, super helpful, and they have treats in the office they give out! They have such great amenities and you can reserve the lodge which I did for my ward all the time and it was so great! I loved how big their parking lot is and that I had enough space to get my car out without being scared of scratching my car. Glenwood is so awesome :)"
