"I cannot believe that there are good reviews for this place. My brother paid up the nose for an apartment here and it was terrible. He never had a full set of working appliances like they said there would be. The dishwasher, oven, and fridge were always broken. The apartment had black mold and there were never clean checks. His roommates were disgusting and when he would tell management they would do nothing. He finally switched to a different apartment in bay terrace about halfway through his lease and it was the same story. Management is terrible. When he moved out he tried to contact them about a final move out list and how to return his key and they never called him back or replied to his multiple emails. NOW they are charging him renters insurance for September even though his lease ended in August and of course their phone number is disconnected and no one is ever at the office. Do not move here! I am surprised they haven’t been hit with a lawsuit. The quality of living there is atrocious."

"For a while this place has been pretty bad. The air conditioning this summer and last has been awful. Like almost uninhabitable. But the management changed for the better and they finally got a maintenance crew recently. The new crew fixed our bathroom that was destroyed from a previous incident and talked about fixing the AC. Guy's name was Douglas I think? So there are some signs of improvement."

"EDIT!!: New management fixed everything, finally paying me back a year later. ORIGINAL REVIEW: 0 stars. Absolute scammers. The new manager himself said that he doesn't ever give back security deposits. They fraudulently charged me for the whole month when I moved in on the 25th. If you still choose to live here, become familiar with Utah code 57-17-3. Overall I never got my security deposit back, and they took an extra months rent from me, too. It's been almost a year since I moved out. I'm in the middle of a ridiculous legal battle for my money back from these scammers. It's managed by Jay Crawford of Redstone Residential"

"Way better than they first appear. It’s a not a 5 star resort, but it’s honestly amazing for how little they charge for rent. Especially with the recent change in management, they are so good about taking care of us and make it more than worth it to work with them whenever you need help. Combined with the extremely good location (close to campus, the temple, the library, and pretty much everything else), it’s not a option you should quickly pass up"

"My son moved into Bay Terrace in January and the new management was terrific! Responsive, communicative, patient with trouble shooting, turned in work orders the same day as reported (apartments are old but the guys living with my son are very clean so the work order needs were a bonus). Super impressed with Abby and Kimberly and the whole experience."
