Central Park Station Apartments

"ived at CPS for 7 years. It was great until Celle took over. Don’t rent from any of their properties. They will overcharge you and then ignore you after they promise to make it right. They messed up our rent amount for 3 months and overcharged us. This was confirmed by Utah housing authority. They then told us to pay less rent in July and that if we moved out early they would refund whatever amount was pro rated if they occupied it. We paid exactly what they told us to. We moved out more than a week prior to the lease ending and they had our unit occupied the next day. While we were still under contract. Now they have ignored us for 6 months over a few hundred dollars. We were never late on rent and left our apartment in excellent condition. The “managers” have changed more times than we can count and now her phone is disconnected. Don’t do business with Celle."

"This was a great place to live until Celle Assets acquired it. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. We lived here for 5+ years and were ideal tenants. They overcharged us for rent and refuse to make it right or even communicate with us. Stay away from any celle assets properties."

"Central Park station is the best! The apartments are very nice, lots of space and well-updated. The move in and move out process were made extremely easy by the wonderful Management. Sydnee is amazing and goes out of her way to be super helpful and kind. The community is great, kind people everywhere, and there’s plenty of parking! Management is very good about communicating about events or reminders. Overall, CPS was the best place I ever lived in Provo, and I would recommend it to everybody!"
