"If you know what is best stay as far away from this place as possible and if you value your money and your credit you should run the other way. Our Daughter was in the process of taking over someone's lease and the individual was not upfront and honest in her telling us what the amount of rent would be in total. When we figured out what it really would be I asked that the application process stop and not to be charged for the application fee from me and also the credit check. I left three messages with the phone Number that was given to me on the email and I also sent an email to them asking that the process be stopped, with no response to any of them. I found another number and send a text message and someone replied saying that they had seen no missed calls or emails from the numbers that THEY gave me, but I should be calling another number. When I respond to the text messages asking that the process be stopped they once again do not reply or communicate with me, I sent four more messages with absolutely no response. The communication is a disaster with them and NOBODY know what is going on and they have three or four different numbers that nobody responds to or answers. I have asked numerous times for a manager or anybody to call me back with no response. But they are very quick to send my daughter emails with payments for applications fees due. The response from the apartment and the management company are the worst. I have yet to talk to someone in person. It is Frustrating and all of this could have resolved with one phone call. Do not rent from them you will be regretting it from day one. And we are not even renting from them, but still having to deal with them emailing us and then not responding to our requests to speak to someone."
