"I have been on some bad phone calls but never in my life have I felt so attacked on a phone call as I have been trying to do a standard work order. I have felt and seen zero accountability and desire to do their work. Furthermore, trying to get work done on buildings they own is worse than pulling teeth. I would strongly advice against ever working with or living in anything they own. A company that refuses to be contacted is one that cannot be trusted."
