"Leasin office people are not helping at we are staying here from August and they never help me with any of my concern not even maintenance and any other problems in the apartment they are just raising there hands with all the problems you have…. Very poor service …."
"I love living here. If I have a problem someone is out fixing it within the next day. The only problem I have is parking, I’ve contacted property management multiple times about certain people that kept parking in my spots and they said they’d contact them tell them to move then the next day my spot would be taken again the next day. I wish they could add parking or even just guest parking. I had an issue with a neighbor being loud at 3 am many many times and violence coming from them as well and management took care of it immediately."
"They raised the rent because they say they are competing with pricing for the new apartments. There are rats and mice, they charge you for your only single parking spot. There is no place for you to park a second car unless you want to pay even more and there is no guest parking. The on-site laundry room has broken washers and dryers that eat your money. The only good thing about the apartments is that they are big, but not big enough to be charging a grand a month. The apartment cost would be okay, but they don't tell you that they add on almost $200 dollars in fees and other "hidden" costs. This place is a no pet place, and there are dogs living in half of the units here, and most of the owners don't clean up the poop. The parking lot floods and I am glad I don't have a bottom unit because they flood from the parking lot flooding. This place is horrible, don't live here unless you have to... Don't be stupid like me and sign a lease..."
"They stole our money 1500$ charge for nothing damage everything very good and clean in my apartment after when I leave they charge me 1500$ is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I advise everyone not to live in this complex and not to deal with this company."
"Do NOT consider this place. Management and maintenance are both poorly done, while blaming each other for all problems and delays. Management lied to get us to sign a lease, but once the lease was signed we have experienced problem after problem with the unit, from constant electrical shortages that leave us without power to having to go without AC and heat for weeks at a time. After months of waiting for maintenance, it took contacting the CEO of the property management company to finally get results and maintenance informed us that we were over reacting to having to no heat and mold in multiple places in the apartment. He then proceeded to simply paint over the problems instead of repairing them!! There is an inordinate amount of unsupervised children in the complex, who are out yelling and screaming outside well past 10 PM on most nights. We have had several incidents of being harassed by particular neighbors (we had to call the police out of several different occasions for different reasons from noise complaints to being threatened by a neighbor). Management states that they have no control over these situations, which leads us to assume that hostile living environment is a common part of the neighborhood. The grounds are disgustingly dirty. The pictures on the website have obviously been photo shopped, b/c the interior and the exterior of the apartments are TRASHED (which is a good reflection of the lax maintenance). There is litter literally covering the grounds. The parking lot floods with too much rain, therefore the apartments also flood. After a complaint to management about a sopping wet apartment floor, she advised that she knew it was going to be bad, but didn’t feel like going outside to set up the sump pump, but it wasn’t just our apartment, it was everyone’s so it wasn’t a big deal. The price may seem like a good value, but for the quality you get, you would probably be better renting another similar priced apartment in a different area."
