"My girlfriend got strong arm robbed in their gym, then got her car stolen. I have packages get stolen constantly. The hallways and property in general are dirty, soiled by tenants pets. PS - When I asked management to provide security footage of the gym from when my girlfriend was robbed. They said they would, but never did even though I followed up twice. We of course filed police reports for all of this. The car theft occurred about a year ago. Things have progressively gotten worse. If you have nowhere else to go. Then live here, otherwise, you can get real value and safety for your money elsewhere."

"Having the right management at this community has turned this around so much! Wasn’t a fan of living here when I first moved in, but have loved living here since Brian became the community manager! He is a very tactful &caring individual that addresses concerns IMMEDIATELY! That’s what we love! Natalie has been such a rockstar. Great &approachable. The maintenance crew- Matt, John &Josh are terrific &take care of maintenance tickets right away. They’re friendly &do go out of their way to take care of things properly. My dog always looks forward to seeing John! I used to hate living here in the past due to poor management. The tenant quality has gone down-hill..tremendously…but you have to take into consideration &be realistic about the demographic that has evolved in the past 2 years. That’s out of the management’s control though. I hope to continue to rent here Harmony 3900 before I get back into a new home!"

"we moved in in October and so far have really enjoyed the community here! our neighbors are cool, being next to the park is a perk, and the amenities are worth it, especially the gym! we also feel very safe in our building. special shout out to Natalie for all of her help and support in the process. she is amazing and has always been so helpful and responsive when ever we have questions or concerns,"

"Hands down the absolute worst living conditions I have ever experienced; firstly, I’m having to sue for my deposit and for other funds they overcharged me on throughout the two years there, constantly reassuring me they know what happened and it’ll be address. Well, that was three managers ago and here I am, with emails from the current manager saying he has no idea what I am talking about. Only move in here if you have frivolous money to waste on fees and fines they never told you about before you signed the contract, or if you have no respect for yourself because trust me - my two years of living here they went through three managers, didn’t have a manager for months, and I was lucky enough to file at least ten police reports because it is not safe there, they lie about security making rounds, the gates are constantly broken, and the “locked doors” will be held open everyday by rocks, rugs, plants - I told them to put alarms on the doors if they’re open too long and was told no. Had my car broken into and was physically assaulted twice in the parking lot and asked for cameras and they said no to that too! Oh, and the real kicker - homeless people do their laundry in the pool and hot tub at night - seen it multiple times. Yep, worst place I have ever lived and I’ve lived somewhere with cockroaches before - at harmony, you get fresh dog sh*t in the hallways! And if your lucky, homeless people sometimes come in on the weekends and call the stairwells home and leave you fresh feces!"

"Update #3: After living here for almost a year I have to say that I am very impressed with the hard work that management has done to improve the community. They're consistently on top of any issues that pop up and maintenance will come same day to check in on any issues you might report. There is a courtesy patrol service that monitors the apartment complex so you can always feel safe. I recently came across a situation where I needed to transfer from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment and they made the whole process super quick and simple. You can definitely tell they care about you and I would highly recommend living in this community. Update #2: After my previous update it seems that some action has been taken to prevent non residents from accessing the property and it appears to be somewhat better. However a new unrelated problem has emerged where the elevator to the building has been broken 4 different times in a single month. Most times it is repaired in under a day but this most recent time it has been broken for nearly 4 days. Living on the 5th floor with a pet, this is completely unacceptable. I find it really difficult to understand how there is not a single repair company available to make the necessary repairs. Update #1: Several people have had their cars broken into with mine being broken into twice in one month. When I spoke with the management they said they had no cameras and said I should file a police report (useless). I am stunned that they have still not invested in basic security measures like cameras around the complex considering how 'luxury' it is advertised. Most of the time the gates are not closed at night so anyone can access the property which is not safe. Doors are suppose to require security keys to open but they are always propped open with rocks or other objects allowing anyone to access. As far as I am aware there is no security patrolling the complex either. I'd be more than happy to adjust my review once real changes are put into place to prevent these issues and these changes are addressed with the community. Original Review: I searched for many apartments and instantly fell in love with this new complex! Kelsey and Taylor were super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. After moving in I had a few minor issues and questions that they were quick to respond and address. Couldn't ask for better management and I'm excited for the new amenities to open."
