"My boyfriend and I took a tour of Artesian Springs and absolutely LOVED this apartment shopping experience, the staff was so kind! Lily is who greeted us and took us on a tour, she told us tons about the property, its layout, and what kinda stuff they offered. And holy cow by the way- YEAR ROUND HOT TUB!! After the tour, she sat down with us and actually info-loaded us with information on their low income apartments. We are newbies on renting so apartment hunting was definitely intimidating at first, but no questions were bad questions with Lily which was so relieving. We left feeling not only really informed but also prepared!! This girl was writing down ALL our questions and making sure we had the answers on the papers we were taking with us. We also had TONS of in depth questions about how their low income apartments even worked, Lily and Andrea together were a dream pair with breaking down the process and explaining everything."

"this review is on behalf of my elderly grandma who doesn’t use google but heard you can leave reviews so she insists the public must know: my grandma and her gal friends live at Artesian Springs and love it there! they’re retired so they just enjoy the amenities all day. they enjoy the pool in the summer, hot tub in the winter, and the gym all the time! not to mention she LOVES the staff they have there, they’re all so kind and actually give her time out of their day. they look her issues rather than brush you off. she says their maintenance team just keeps getting better through the years too, a week tops to get someone in and addressing any issues she has in her apartment. the office staff are so kind and professional too! those ladies mean business and try to help with anything!"

"I do not know if I have ever written a review but this place is so awful I have to try to help people avoid this place. They have a parking structure that has no cameras after the first level. It also has what equates to uncontrolled access due to the garage doors that are in a perpetual state of being broken in the open position. This area is well lit, and relatively climate controlled, making it a great place to break into vehicles. After my car was broken into the third time, all of which management was informed of, I told them I would be leaving for safety and economic reason. The third time my vehicle was burgled the vehicle was unlocked with nothing inside of it. The window was still smashed because...why not? A few months after I had moved out they sued me for breach of contract. This complex the closest one can find to hell-on-earth. I hope those that benefit from the operation of this apartment suffer."

"Always leave eviction notices for errors on their behalf as well. They forgot to get a signature. Eviction notice. They forgot a certain paper. Bam eviction notice. Can't get ahold of your old job? Eviction notice. I can't wait to move from here. It's filthy. It smells. Their amenities are either too costly or broken. I've never even seen the inside of any clubhouse. You have to pay a hefty deposit to use it. They quoted me at 400.00 The computer/wifi lounges are usually locked . The pool lights remained broken all summer. The year before it was usually closed.. your car will be broken into if not stolen. The garage doors that "secure" the parking garage are normally broken. My kids have found needles and spoons in the stairwells, and trash and urine in the elevators. Requests for adding cameras to make it safe are ignored. If you want peace of mind and to feel safe DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I had a lease at this complex for a year and a half and had the worst living experience ever in my thirty plus years, history of renting. Before even signing the lease management at the time was extremely unprofessional. Gabby was initially very rude with an unprofessional attitude snapping back with unnecessary comments. I should’ve taken immediate notice that an additional member of the leasing staff tried to warn me not to move in stating she definitely wouldn’t live there, should’ve been my first two warnings/red flags to avoid this property. Upon moving in had crazy/addicts for neighbors, having to deal with cops pounding trying to remove them, not a warm welcoming upon move in. Then maintenance orders were submitted but not addressed then they tried contact me months later asking if such things were fixed. It later came to my attention that Tim and or Jess, from the maintenance staff were illegally entering my unit when I was out to work. For ten years my dog would always run to me upon arrival, but after a short time of living there he no longer did so which was a huge indicator that someone was entering. He almost seemed scared as he didn’t know if it was me or them. They/she was also sabotaging my vehicle out of spite, hit my car with hers, poured oil on my car and around my clean, freshly assigned spot, around walk ways so tenants would track a mess in their homes and cars and doing anything to make the stay extremely unpleasant and to force me out of the unit. He/she/Jess-was illegally going into my unit unannounced, probably looking for violations, abusing his-her position, things even came up missing from my unit upon living there and my dogs behavior immediately changed. Both members of maintenance are very covertly Narcissistic/Sociopathic and have covert ill intentions towards you if you are a threat to them and their illegal actions on said property including involvement with neighbors that sell drugs for a living. They definitely did everything in an attempt to intimidate and run certain tenants out if they seem you as a threat. Was also given numerous falsely accused notices, when the maintenance staff had same supposed violations on her patio of items not allowed, yet put a notice on my door to harass/attempt to intimidate. They initially come off as there to help, but if you are alert you’ll see they are covert saboteurs, as they must hate their jobs/place of living as she lives on site making her accessibility to covertly harass and sabotage that much easier and discreet. Definitely install cameras in your unit and car if living here to help prevent such issues for yourself. Also unnecessary issues with other tenants that were very negative & hateful saying and doing things to make your stay unpleasant trying to dictate your actions as one guy tried to tell me where I could and couldn’t walk my dog, caught on video harassing me, calling me names like a child would etc. when trying to mind your own business, another female tenant spewing hateful comments after I refused to associate with her due to a difference in lifestyles. Also other huge inconveniences such as garage doors always seemed to be inoperable, not working so left open for anyones access. Trash overflow, stinky urine smelling halls, but notice office area smells great for new prospective tenants to think otherwise, homeless/drug addicts sleeping in stairwells, drug exchanges on property, dog feces, trash on grounds, bathroom fan was constantly, called maintenance to fix so it’d turn off, they just stuck a screw driver in the fan which then immediately broke it and it was completely inoperable and never fixed despite them claiming they’d be back to do so, just overall trash community. If maintenance was replaced some major issues would probably be solved. Management at the time Anika, also has a poor unprofessional attitude towards tenants and didn’t take complaints seriously. I would definitely recommend avoiding this property if at all possible."
