"We enjoyed living here for over 3+ years. The neighbors are great, and Jen (manager) is really professional and takes care of the place really well. We’ll miss it!"
"I enjoyed living in this apartment complex. Jennifer is very professional and understanding. This a safe place for a single person and close to shopping center and other activities."
"We had a pleasant stay during our 2 years there. Jennifer was always kind and flexible with us as well as promot with fixing any issues. Would recommend"
"It would have been very helpful, especially since I check no on permission to enter, if I had gotten a heads up about maintenance coming over. He was nice and the bathroom outlet seems to be working. However, late last night, the new light cover in the kitchen fell again. Same one."
"Don't live here if you enjoy doing things like walking. The floors are apparently so thin that even doing that sounds like "Training for a marathon" according to our incredibly aggressive downstairs neighbors, whom the property manager, Jennifer, did absolutely nothing about. If anything, she made the situation worse by promising us we would be able to sell our lease, only to inform us that we would not be able to do so after we had already found a buyer and a new place, leaving us stuck for another two months with neighbors that she made even more irrational and angry by telling them what we had said about them, without doing anything at all to address the situation. For two months, we had to tiptoe through our own apartment, keeping our dog (which is "allowed" under apartment rules) in his crate as early 6pm or risk dramatic texts, blatantly false noise complaints claiming that loud sounds were happening after hours, or actual banging on their ceiling with a broom. All with zero help on the part of the manager. If you have children, pets, hobbies, or legs, consider a different apartment, or at the very least, get a basement unit."
