"The cockroach infestation is very bad you smell them, it's nauseating and also made a lot of my medical problems worse: migraines, vertigo, and was throwing up a lot, joint pain, and even psychological issues. No amount of maintenance can really fix. There was gunshots nearby multiple times and gang writing on the pavement we had to call the police multiple occasions for domestic violence, and noise complaints. They would party for days straight & play the music loud enough to shake our building. The upstairs neighbors would stomp all the time and shake the ceiling and broke our ceiling fan once. Also I called the cops that time they never came. The maintenence is hard to get a hold of although it's not their fault it's the Managers. our fridge broke, the window got broken and It took them very long to fix it my cat kept trying to crawl out and get cut by glass and my hand did. The manager said that when someone was crying outside the window her excuse was its multiple family community ! The ceiling in the bathroom leaked over the toilet into your a$$ crack we called multiple times emailed and they never fixed it and then flooding previously and the pipe flooded the bathroom kitchen area into the heater which hardly ever worked and you'd have to flip the breaker 5 times to get it to turn on in the winter. No ac no dishwasher no shower curtain rod, no laundry facilities nearby, they installed fake grass and raised the rent $100and the lease agreement said 15 days notice to vacate on month to month under move out section and it meant the owner to terminate you. So lingo is confusing purposely we were supposed to give 30 days notice in fact and didn't tell me months prior when I mentioned in email either."

"There's a really bad cockroach infestation and I don't think any amount of pest control will get rid of it unfortunately. Managment is hard to get a hold of and they don't usually give a notice before stopping by, and they will unlock your door and come in. They are trying their best with the roach problem though, which I do really really appreciate. The neighbors are so so loud and pretty rude and disrespectful. It's really unfortunate and I don't enjoy living here at all. Living conditions aren't the best. Not worth the price they are asking. I can't wait until my lease is up."

"So we went and looked at a Unit here and it was okay at first but as we were leaving, I noticed a COCKROACH on the blinds. Needless to say we got out of there pretty quick. Not worth even looking at."
