"Nearly perfect! Inside section of apartments are closed off from outside sounds such as cars on the freeway. Amenities are gorgeous and generous, plus unit has the largest kitchen and bathtub I've seen in an apartment ever. Pet friendly, friendly community, great new home."

"The apartments and staff are great. Although I may not sign a lease today (decided to move out of state) I'd totally live here if I ever moved back to Utah. The first floor has amazing 12 ft ceilings, and the rooms are very elegant. Gym, pool, and community rooms also are great."
"I’ve been here since 2020, and it’s been a great experience. I love the smart home amenities. If you’re techy, you’ll like Dwelo smart home that works well with Google Home. The pool feels like a resort. The staff is friendly, and maintenance gets stuff done fast. Great views. I love the area; great for walks around the block. Unfortunately, the garage doors are often broken and take many months to replace because they are custom. Management should order multiple doors at once to quickly replace, because they always get hit by cars again once they’re fixed."
"I loved living at Park At City Center for just over a year. The apartments are beautiful and I love all the amenities. The kitchens are big and wonderful and the closest thing to a kitchen in a house you can get living in an apartment. I like the stainless steal appliances, freezer with ice maker, backsplash, under cabinet lighting, deep single sink with sprayer, and granite counters. The parking garage is great, especially in the winter and it’s nice to be able to park on your floor. The resort style pool is unlike any other apartment I’ve lived in. Hot tub, grills and fire pit are year round. The elevator and loading dock is amazing for moving in and out. I cried several times when moving out and honestly may be back in the next couple months if an apartment with 3 bedrooms becomes available."
