Cottages on 7th a 55+ Community

"There's a wicked click there who act like they're 12-year-olds. I guess when you get old you revert back to a childlike state and most cases? I've met a couple nice people. But the men there are seriously bitter. The security is nice though. The location is amazing. Too bad the people inside weren't grateful for what they have."

"its a great and safe place to live. close to shopping and entertainment. But the office has had turnover so no one really knows what is happening at the property from one day to the next. My rent since Greystar took over has increased over 22%. they have charged my account with various out of complience fees, just to take them off when I show them I am in complience. this has happened time and again with this new management group. DO NOT trust htem to report your rent for credit porposes, they will screw it up, and your credit in the process. But every property has its problems. I still like living here."

"I would like to give Christina and Mica the managers at the Cottagses on 7th much deserved praise. the luncheons they host are always fun and the food choices are right on. They also make the bingo sessions fun. A great way to socialize with your neighbors and win prizes. They always take care of any problems quickly, professionally and with courtesy. "We have enjoyed living here in the Cottages for over 3 1/2 years. The staff is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We appreciate the activities, lunches, dinners etc, they provide for us. Any time we need maintenance they are quick to take care of any problem. Overall it is a great place to live."

"My parents live here and absolutely love it. We love it too. This place has changed management a couple times, which were mediocre but this new management is great. Very responsive and accommodating with residents. Residents are close knit and respect each other, the rules amd guidelines. They are friendly to one another and greet each other in a days passing. This has helped my parents ease into retirement while maintaining healthy and engaging interactions but more importantly companionship. The Cottages have a very clean campus. They have many activities to keep residents healthy. They have a great fitness center with the right amount of weights and cardio equipment. The next floor has a great movie theater that is spacious and comfortable. Moving up a a fantastic craft room that keeps residents occupied. And lastly, a roomy library that has 2 computers. There's also a really nice common area where residents can mingle. Overall, this is a wonderful community for mom and dad that allows them friendship and interaction with many others."
