"Will give a 0 if I could. Worst management ever. They charged you cleaning fee even when you have paid upfront, and $200 painting fee when there is no damage. They give you a fragile paper sticker as parking permit, and never told you to return it, so that they can charge you another fee. None of my friends living here like the management here."

"Moving to our new apartment was a breeze. Staff was great and responsive and the amenities were ready to go almost from the get go. We had one small hiccup with the parking garage that was promptly fixed the next business day. Madyson is fantastic and a great asset to the leasing team here at Seven Skies. "At first I was pleased with property, but after living here for 2 months - poor management! Manager has no idea what is going on. She sends tenants concerns to employees at the front desk and they truly care, they have knowledge. I would vote for Jacqueline to be a manager. She is always aware of any issues and always redolves it - she would be a perfect candidate!"

"Please listen to the negative reviews of this place. The management has been awful from the start. They don't make it possible to access your lease agreement after you sign it, and when you try to access it via the link you signed in the beginning it says it's expired. Then when you email the property management (Derrick) he doesn't respond to the email asking for a copy of the lease so we can fully understand the rules. Then when the new property manager came in they warned us for having our dogs in the gym and only specified that they're not allowed in the gym or pool area and never said anything about the clubhouse. Then they decide to fine us for rules that were never clear to begin with. It would've helped if someone answered us on how to access our lease. Not to mention the old property manager Derrick watched us bring our dogs upstairs in the clubhouse and the only thing he said was good morning. Like many apartments the management doesn't care about you and just wants to fine you without giving clear and accessible rules. I can almost guarantee they will reply to this saying to contact them regarding this, but won't actually take accountability for the fact they were never able to give us access to our lease or a clear set of rules despite asking. I still have the emails sent to Derrick to which he never replied from when I wanted to get clarity! On top of the apartment being soooo dirty upon moving in, the apartment adding fees on that were not mentioned when we were signing our lease. (I asked for the cost of everything including all fees except utilities and they gave me a number. My rent goes up every month and it's currently 170$ more than the initial rent number I was given for my 400 square foot studio apartment that I'm paying over $1600 a month for now. Lastly my car was stolen from the apartments parking and the management did not care in the slightest or try to help or sympathize with us. They just said they were too busy to deal with it. Furthermore proving they don't care about you and don't want to make your living experience better."
