"Exterior: these are some of the prettiest townhomes you'll find. Interior: not what you would expect for brand new builds. I'd suggest asking about the flooding problems they've had during your tour! ps like the other non-5 star seemingly perfect reviews, using a fake name does not make this a fake review. I live here and like the other anonymous reviewers, I'm not about to put my lease in jeopardy!"

"I can’t say enough about how nice it is here. Madison is absolutely amazing! She really helps with anything you need and answering any questions you might have. The lighting in the community is very bright at night so I feel extremely safe walking my dogs.. The people are also very friendly.. I have read some of the other reviews and disagree with them. Our experience has been great from the beginning our townhouse is very nice it doesn’t feel like a rental to us it feels more like a home. I really can’t think of 1 negative thing to say. I highly recommend living here!"
