"Clean, convenient. Room was very nice for this type of hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. 24 hour coffee bar - very nice! Free breakfast was a step above with great scrambled eggs, sausage links, breakfast potatoes, make your own pancakes, instant oatmeal, yogurt, muffins. I'll be staying here again!"
"Im pretty sure our room was not vacuumed, handle to the balcony was broke, the toilet seat wouldn't stay up, i asked housekeeping if they had makeup towels or wipes she said i dont know. When i checked in my rewards were not put in lobby was dirty and stinky only 2 towels in pool area, breakfast area was dirty, front desk was in such a hurry when checking us in didnt tell us when breakfast was or check out and didn't even give us wifi password. Overall a horrible experience."
"Great food options around the hotel. But no microwave in the room and our room was by the exit door and kept hearing it slam shut through the night. Did not get the best sleep because of it. Bonus We got a patio and views of the mountains!"
"We held a large training week at the Best Western Plus Cotton Treen Inn and had the best experience. They exceeded all our expectations. The service we received was fantastic. Kris Larson and the entire staff were always friendly and willing to help with with anything issues that came up. We could not ask for a better facility to hold our event. i would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for a great week."
