"Too expensive for the ghetto. Elephants upstairs. Gas fireplace isn’t hooked up to the gas line. Bath tub plugged up upon arrival. Requested maintenance 3 times and nothing. Boyfriend finally got a snake and unclogged the drain. Tub faucet and hot and cold knobs are calcified and crusty upon arrival. Rust on bathroom sink faucets. Charge a “maintenance fee and a convenience fee with the water bill. For what? You have to walk very far to get the trash out to the dumpster, which is ridiculous considering they charge you for the ghetto air we breathe on this property. Would absolutely not recommend living in this ghetto"
"Lived here 2 years. Very overpriced especially for the area. Units are nothing special and management does everything they can to screw tenants out of money. Wish I would have looked harder to find something else instead of just moving in here. Do not recommend"
"Not a fan in the slightest. My wife and I lived here for one year, and we couldn't wait to get out. It was a constant battle communicating to management. We had many times when other tenants would incessantly knock on our door late in the night when my wife was home alone, sometimes half clothed, asking or offering strange items. I brought these concerns to the front desk and requested to speak to a manager and I heard the manager in the back of the office say, "I don't have time for this," and wouldn't even come out to speak to me. This is truly shameful behavior. The move out processes was a nightmare as well. It felt like they were just trying to tag on fees when we moved out. We received an email when we were moving out that said how much we owed for moving out with no detailed breakdown sheet of what we were paying for. This should be a part of the moving out email! We had to call to get a break down of what we were being charged! Turns out they were charging us $314 for closet doors that we had temporarily removed for closet space (we had asked for approval to do so), and upon moving out they charged us this $314 with no warning at all! We called to tell them we were bringing the doors back and they rudely said they wouldn't take them. So there goes $314! We were told when we first moved in that we would see most of our security deposit back after all they had to do when we move out. This was definitely not the case. They used the whole thing for cleaning, even though we had left the apartment spotless and cleaned for them! This place is not worth the time, effort or money. There is much better places around the area that provide a much better experience for a simliar cost. Don't move here, you will regret it."
"I truly wish a 0/5 stars was an option. We lived here for a year and couldn’t get out fast enough. Management treated me like my opinion and concerns didn’t matter at all. I felt unsafe and confided in them about moving a couple months early due to a tenant making me feel unsafe. I got no concern and the manager wouldn’t even take the time to hear my concerns. I was told I’d owe tons of money as a fee and management didn’t have time to see me. Work orders were never fixed, we did the work ourselves. One night our breaker tripped and we called the emergency work order line 5 times with no answer. Al our fridge food went bad due to their laziness and we were out all our food from this situation, never even received an apology and didn’t get a returned phone call FOR A WEEK! When we moved in we were told we could take our closet doors off to fit a dresser… we just moved out and got charged over $300 for doing just that!!! Ridiculous. Hidden fees, disrespect, and feeling unsafe. Would not recommend living here!"
"Absolute mess! Property Manager was not helpful, grounds smelled like animal feces, multiple sewer issues that were not handled in due time and police were at apartment at least once every week. This place embodies ‘slap some paint on it and call it good.’ Would not recommend moving here!"
