"Lived here back in 2021. Management is extremely nice and easy to work with. Very quiet complex. The apartments are nice, new, and pretty spacious. This is a bad part of town but I felt safe here anyway. If you don’t have a car, this is a good place to live because the Meadowbrook rail station is right around the corner. Internet is very fast and stable and I never had pest issues. All in all a pretty good experience."

"We've lived here for almost 3 years. The units are great and the property is very well maintained. Have to mention.. The leasing office and maintenance teams here are awesome. They do a great job, highly competent, very professional. Don't really have anything negative to say. The internet service here used to be pretty bad, but they upgraded it last year to true gigabit fiber. It's amazing. We love living here. The amenities are also great. The workout room in particular is very nice. They recently added mirros along the walls for added visibility and securty. We really appreciated that."

"I would give this place 0 stars if I could. From our experience we have had nothing but trouble from this management team. They have switched management three times since we lived there in 6 months and good luck even getting ahold of them. If you plan on doing anything with this company, plan on getting everything you do in writing. Only communicate with these people through writing. Also this gated community has allowed multiple car break ins and if you pay for a spot good luck getting anyone to answer the phone to have the car removed. On top of this I guess they allow their management to walk in without knocking so just be prepared. If you ever need out of your unit make sure you are prepared to get told one and thing and have to do another. They will blame you for lack of communication. There’s a reason they cannot keep a management team. Good luck getting scammed out of your money. Oh also make sure you ask for a breakdown of charges because they will add additional fees on top of your rent and amenities."
