"I could hardly believe my eyes when i seen this notice laying on my bed. The management here is ridiculous. I bought a 2014 mustang that is a wee bit loud when i start it up and they are using this as a reason to evict me. My wife and i have been no trouble at all and are very respectful to the other tenants here. Beside that the place is really run down and dumpy and my room is infested with ants! I would recommend highly that nobody rent a room here"

"Best rates in town. Very respectful owner, who has gone out of his way to accommodate me. It's clean and the laundry is free, imagine that. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get a rested night's sleep, it's quite and peaceful. There's only one problem, there's never any vacancy's. Well, every once in a while."

"This place is great. Most importantly, it’s Clean. Price is reasonable. Ours had a kitchenette. Great location for anything in the valley. Trax nearby. I like the old school vibe."

"Everything is cheaply fixed, holes on floor, walls, rust, cracks,cable does not work,blankets old and dirty,squeaks everywhere,cold heater didn't work for me, attendant is rude and grumpy, needs manners. Hard to imagine this place it's open. They don't refund money even one minute after they've taken your money and even when heater is bad"

"I have only been here a month but I am over it. The managers are good people, they don't take any B's. That's good because it keeps out the rif-raf! The rooms are clean the neighbors are nice and there's no drama. I like it here"
