"I've encountered several issues at this apartment complex that need attention. Firstly, there's a noticeable mice problem that has not been adequately addressed. The clubhouse has had instances of theft, and when reported, the response from management felt dismissive. Additionally, some of the staff members come across as unfriendly, which doesn't contribute to a positive living environment. There's also a concern with inconsistent enforcement of the rules; for example, a red-haired staff member has been seen inviting personal guests to the pool but doesn't extend the same courtesy to the residents. To top it off, the rent for a studio has increased from $950 to $1,020 without noticeable improvements to justify the hike. These are just a few of the issues that have been observed, and they significantly detract from the quality of life here."
"If you know at this property, they have a scam. They don’t respect other culture and other religion. Other ethnic city there is disrespectful. be careful before you guys sign the contract. Just let you guys not think twice before you guys go over there."
"I rented an studio for 3 years, and I was very impressed with management, the gym always cleaned, the garden groomed, the manager and the lady assistants were always friendly. I had a great experience there. Highly recommended. Adriana Dominguez"
"I lived here for 1.5 yrs and have had nothing but issues with the amenities and laundry facility. For the first year of living here, the sauna didn’t work and hot tub was closed for at least a week or more at a time due to “cleaning.” From the time of moving in to now (1.5 yrs later) the laundry facility had/still has 7/14 washers broken and 5/14 dryers broken making it hard to get any laundry done during the week. The leasing office staff is friendly and other staff are helpful and keep the property clean, that’s the only good thing about this complex. Although they’re nice, I had a complaint about a neighbor smoking and it coming through the pipes into my apartment and nothing was done when the leasing office said something would be done about it. With all this being said, I’m also paying over market rent for my 500sq ft apartment…needless to say I will not be extending my lease or moving to a Dianza property in the future."
