"Update: still terrible. One of the worst apartments in all of salt lake. Someone has to be honest about how terrible and disorganized this place is. The ownership and management won't change anything and don’t care. Just a money grab. You have to pay rent by a check. Who uses a check? Poor management. They don’t do what they say. Poor maintenance. Takes forever, literally months to get simple issues handled. They enter premises without warning to renters. Zero parking if you have more than one car. Been towed once already for parking at winco because everyone took spots here. Always full. They shut the water off with Zero warning. There have been multiple days with no water due to construction on building west of units. After residents complained they blame it on City and then say they’ll warn you and it happens again with no warning. The water is brown from construction nearby. Homeless people everywhere. We've seen meth heads go into neighbors garages and many have had stolen packages. Super cheap construction- thin walls that amplify pesky sound and all your noisy neighbors. Can’t sleep most nights because neighbors party til 2-3am and blast music, people screaming and yelling. The office phones don’t work. They took our fire extinguisher to change them out and we were without one for weeks on end. They don’t change air filters for months at a time and the air is moldy. They don’t clean up units fully enough before you move in and they ultimately don’t care your needs or rights as a tenant. I've never been more disappointed in a rental than I am with this place. Please save your time and money and the headache. It's a zoo here and you deserve better. Terrible management and horrible service. Avoid at all costs."
"Strata99 is a hidden gem - you get so much space for the price compared to other properties in the area. Tony and Brandon are awesome and continue to keep the property clean and up-to-date. While I was hesitant about the location at first, it actually is really great. You have easy interstate access and can get anywhere quickly. There are some cool breweries just a few blocks away and you can hop on the s-line right outside the door."
"I've lived at Strata99 for about 10 months now and it's been a great experience so far! I've rented from 5 different property management companies throughout the Salt Lake valley in the past 7 years and this has definitely been my favourite. The property manager, Paola, is awesome. She was great to work with upon move-in and was very attentive throughout the process. She's also been very chill, patient, and respectful to me and the other residents here. The unit itself is great. It has plenty of bathrooms, windows, and new appliances. Not to mention that having a personal garage in Salt Lake is extremely convenient and hard to come by. I've only had to submit maintenance requests for minor issues/general up-keep, and when I did, Gilberto was very helpful and nice to work with. Lastly, the location is very convenient. It's about 5 minutes from Sugar House and Downtown and has a lot of really good locally owned restaurants and breweries that are nearby. It's also close to almost any major retailer like Costco, Target, Home Depot, BestBuy, etc. It's also right next to the freeway which makes getting around the valley quick and easy. Overall, Strata99 has been great and I've felt fortunate to live here. I've recommended it to friends and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to rent from."
"My girlfriend and I have had a wonderful experience at strata99. We moved in May of 2022 right around when Paola took over as the property manager. She does a fantastic job, and has gone the extra mile for us several times. The community events hosted are excellent as well. Maintenance has been exceptionally responsive on top of this, and we’ve had no problems with that at all. The home itself is small but well put together, with an in home washer/dryer, your own garage, and plenty of sunlight. Overall, our experience thus far has been beyond pleasant!"
