"I have no issue with the apartments themselves. They are nice and spacious. I wouldn’t recommend living here solely because any issues with your unit won’t get solved. Minor things that the apartment says they will provide like new lightbulbs is one minor example, but out dryer hasn’t worked for the last 6 months after several attempts to get help with the problem even after a contractor told us that the issue may be dangerous. I hope this issue with management improves because it is a good place that I would recommend otherwise."

"Amazing place to live. Very good price for the area and just in general great prices and outstanding place to live. Very efficient quiet, pet friendly and we will be here for as long as possible. Maintenance has been quick and friendly and Parker our manager has been great. Basically responds to everything within minutes and quick to make things happen. Would highly recommend everyone living in these places."

"Granite countertops, washer/dryer, huge walk-in closet, spacious layout, lots of natural light... this place is the best! It's only a couple of years old and it shows. It's everything you could ever want in an apartment complex! We've had zero problems with management and they have always been attentive and quick when it came to questions. They are also pet friendly! This has been the nicest place we've had the opportunity to live in Provo. I'd say get on their waitlist and grab anything that comes available asap!"

"Very spacious apartments with brand new cabinets, marble counter top and good quality fixtures. Carpet/hardwood floor in the apartment. Management is good and improvements are seen all the time in the apartment complex. This week they re-paved the parking lot and it looks smooth and nice. Not a lot of amenities but the quality of the units compensate for the lack of it. Loving it so far and TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT!"
