The Devon at University Place Apartments Orem

"I've been living in this apartment complex for some time now, and I must say, it's been a delightful experience. The apartments are well-maintained and very nice. One of the best features is the soundproofing; you can't hear your neighbors, which is a big plus. The cleanliness of the complex is also impressive. It's clear that the management takes great care in maintaining the common areas and landscaping. Another standout aspect is the expedited work orders. Any maintenance issues I've had were promptly addressed, which I greatly appreciate. Lastly, the management staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile and are quick to assist with any questions or concerns. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living space."

"I have lived in the Devon for almost 2 years at this point & previously lived in the Aston for 3 years. I love the Devon (even with the new building blocking the great view I had haha) I love the convenience of walking to Costco, Trader Joe's, the Mall, the theater, the food around the theater. I like walking to the UVX to get to the Frontrunner to head to the airport or downtown SLC. But I also love having the basketball court where I don't just play ball, but exercise or just walk around. I have a garage & admittedly, that makes the world of a difference for me compared to living in the Aston. I also like the more modern decor & minimalist layout better. I can't wait for the new amenities to open up!"

"I have lived at The Devon over a year now and I have absolutely loved it from day one. The apartments are beautiful and not spacious. Price point has been a bit cheaper than most of the other properties I've looked at (I've looked at just about everything from Springville to Orem). The building is clean the nose is minimal and Paula and Josh have the best to work with. I've never had a problem here and all work orders have been promptly taken care of. Thanks for all you guys do! As long as I'm in Utah this is where I'll live."

Considering the time difference, Devon management went above & beyond by sharing the apartment video & making sure apartment is ready in time for me to move in. You always get a fear when things are done virtually but things were better in my case to my surprise."
