"Courtside has been a great apartment for my wife and I. The office is very quick to respond and the maintenance crew comes immediately when a service request is put in! We have felt completely safe here, it’s in a good neighborhood and there are cameras as an extra precaution in the courtyard. The apartments are very well designed and we love the newly renovated kitchen as well!"

"We moved in a about a month ago now and move-in was nice and easy. I like being able to pay my rent online so that is a great plus for the nerd in me. Management was very nice and helpful to my many questions. Maintenance is great as well - I had many requests and everyone of the requests were quickly addressed and taken care of. The neighbors are nice and quite and don't hear anyone. The only "noise" I hear is from I-15, with the endless traffic noise. There is plenty of parking, which is great! I have not used the laundry facility mainly due to the reports about it and can't afford to lose money to machines that are not working, so I have opted to go over to a friend's house. We are close to lots of shopping and restaurants which is great. It's always nice not to have to travel far to get what I need. We came a long way to get here and it's nice to be close to everything. Everyone here is so much nicer than where we moved from. We enjoy living here!"
