"The rooms are a little outdated but nothing that screams "heck no, find somewhere else!" I love that they prefer long term guests, that way you don't have to worry about weekend party animals. Also Bernie, (the owner) goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. On Thanksgiving he called my boyfriend to make sure he had somewhere to go for dinner. Then on Christmas morning he brought him a plate of turkey, stuffing, potatoes, and gravy. He has also worked with us when we had an unexpected financial emergency and needed a few extra days to pay our "weekly rent." He not only makes you feel welcome, he actually cares about the people who stay here."

"So effing rude. I read a review that said the man threatened her with physical violence, and I absolutely believe her after interacting with the owner. This place has to be a front for a drug laundering business, because there is no way in hell a man who is CLEARLY very drunk, or on some substance, would get any patronage. The smell of smoke is so potent it made me gag when I opened the door to the room. The roaches don't even try to hide, so I have no idea who is staying here. If they have a cleaner on staff, they didn't even try to make the bed or clean the room before they checked me in. I opened the door, looked at the place, and walked immediately to the front office. He wouldn't change my room or refund my money. He became hostile so fast. Please just don't go here. All the negative reviews are absolutely true."
