"I booked this hotel and paid through Priceline. When we got home I noticed a posted charge from the hotel. I called several times and it just rang & rang. Finally, I contacted corporate and they confirmed the charge was for our stay. She was as helpful as she could be but she said I would have to go through the manager of that hotel. I called again and finally got an answer. The girl said she would talk to her manager and call me back within 30 minutes. Six days later, I’m still waiting for a call back. I have called several times, left messages for the manager and nothing. Today the phone rang for over five minutes before they decided to answer and transfer me to the managers voicemail. I’m super frustrated. I would not stay at this hotel just based on the horrible customer service I have experienced."

"Nice location. Beautiful mountains surround Orem. We had a room that had a tiny kitchen, bathroom, couch and desk. They have a pool and hot tub, workout room, and good breakfast in the morning."

"This hotel has charm and personality. The Pros: The front desk staff were nice, welcoming and accommodating for doordash orders and deliveries. The hotel had a bit of a dated feel but was clean and well put together. The room had a nice view of the mountains, had all amenities described, and the bathroom was huge, decorated and clean. The bed was VERY comfortable, and there was plenty of storage for our things. The kitchen is in a bit of a weird position in the room but was useful and had everything provided and stocked. We LOVED the full-size fridge and counter space. The provided breakfast was good, but very limited options and the scrambled eggs were extremely runny and watered down. The location is perfect to be in a quiet area close to a local grocery store, many restaurants, and main road. Only 35 min from SLC Airport! The Cons: the walls and ceiling are THIN, and you hear EVERYTHING. We were woken up multiple times throughout the night each night by stomping around above us and noise in the hall. I called the front desk to ask if they could politely inform the other guests above us that we do not have to have a rave at 2am. After the call, the guests quieted down until sunrise, but it continued through the day and again that night. Also, we struggled to charge any devices because all of the outlets were so loose that the chargers wouldn't stay plugged in. Lastly, the TV picture is very poor, and the TV seems to be on its last leg. Overall, I would stay here again, but I might request the top floor to, hopefully, get a full night of peace and quiet."

"Pictures are worth a thousand words… Our beds were filthy upon arrival and the tub was covered with blue and white gunk and dust. (No clue what this stuff was) When we called down to the front desk for help they did not seem phased and didn’t offer to clean or change our room. We deep cleaned the room ourselves and had to get and change our own sheets and pillow cases. Disappointed is an understatement. Looking at the reviews, this place seems nice. However, it’s apparent that as of the last 2 months, cleanliness appears to be an ongoing issue."
