Cherry Hill Apartments

"I wanted to share my experience with Cherry Hill Apartments. Our daughter moved there in June of 2023; as of 02/05/24, none of the maintenance issues have been resolved off the original walk list. Trying to get ahold of Jenni is next to impossible, and she does not return calls and texts. My wife and I drove from Arizona and stopped by there on 02/03/24, to see her apartment. We had two small dogs and we did not want to leave them in the car, so we brought them in. Inside the apartment, one of our dogs collars broke, so we could not use the leash on the way back to our car. Jenni saw one of our dogs without a leash, and slapped a paper on our daughter's door, within an hour, and charging her $100.00. Inside our daughters' apartment, she has a dishwasher that does not drain and two light fixtures in her room that do not work properly. In the closet, she has to turn the lightbulb on and off if she needs light. The light switch in her room has never worked properly and has a short. This scares us because it is an electrical issue they will not address. She has had to purchase some lamps, just so she has a light in her bedroom. There are also other families that live in the same building, and this is definitely a safety hazard. I would steer clear from this complex, there are plenty of other apartment communities out there, much nicer, and more professional to deal with."

"Do not rent from these people, they’re literal criminals. They charged us for amenities they didn’t provide, and threatened a lawsuit if we didn’t pay their extortion fee."

"Made an appointment to go thorough the paperwork and get a lease signed. Got there and there was no one, messaged the person who is advertising the apartments she didn’t answer, was there for an hour messaged her ion Facebook nothing over 24 hours not even a message. Called the leasing office and it’s also closed. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a hold of a company who is interesting in renting apartments."

"Worst place I’ve ever lived before! Management always hides before you can talk to them and they will just tow your car without any warning raid your apartment for a “check up” and more. Would not recommend moving here unless it’s your last resort."

"DO NOT MOVE IN HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR LEASE.Woke up this morning to entire forth floor covered in fire extinguisher retardant. Dog feces on the floor and trash everywhere. This is a "secure" building with supposed cameras. 47 calls to the after hours number and 47 times the phone was picked up and immediately hung up. I hate this place and wish I could leave. If you don't hear this warning and all the others here you will have no one to blame but you. Just walk away. Update 11 pm still no cleanup, now tracked into my apartment. Now on July second the AC went out again after it was fixed. They workers were here but it was not repaired. It is 86 degrees and no one can sleep. I tried calling the after hours number and there is no answer. My rent is paid so what does management care. Nine months to go on the lease. Can't wait for this nightmare to end. July 12th and still no air conditioning. Excuse after excuse after excuse. It's mid to upper 90s but the office is ice cold so what does management care. NO ONE IN CHARGE IS COMPETENT."
