Courtyard by Marriott Orem University Place

"The were very nice and friendly. The location was great and I had a nice view of the mountains. It's right near the University Mall and all of the associated stores and restaurants. It's also walking distance to a movie theater. Overall, a very convenient location. The property was spacious and appeared brand new. I would certainly stay here again."

"I had an issue with travel and getting there. The General Manager personally took care of me and made sure I was satisfied. Really top shelf, high quality support from management. Great, modern furnishing and perfect location."

"Very new and nice Marriott in Orem. Right next to the mall. Great location with lots of places to eat nearby. The rooms were good sized but the bathtub shower in the wheelchair accessible room was very small. The beds were comfortable and the service was great. I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed one night on points. The water was luke warm we couldn’t get any hot water and our tv in our room didn’t work. And after we left I received 3 charges on my credit card even though we stayed on points. Worst Marriott experience yet. They lied and said we smoked and I’ve never smoked in a room a day in my life. The front desk was rude when we called after it took them 30 minutes of back to back calls to even answer. They refuse to fix it. They stole my money we were only there to sleep and get back on the road in the middle of a 30 hour drive. We never even left the room to smoke and came back in. No one smoked at all. But somehow they are stealing my money for it. Absolutely the worst experience at any hotel and we travel every month. I’ve never been so angry or upset at a Marriott and the front desk lady refused to let me speak to a manager and thought it was funny how mad I was that they stole money off my card. Run far away from this Marriott. Worst one in the us by far and I’ve stayed in marriotts in 43 different states. This was by far the worst experience. Literally incompetent staff that lies to get extra charges on your card. Don’t be shocked by all the extra charges when you stay. I’m still waiting for a manager. Not a one has contacted me about the money stolen from my card for bull crap."

"We travel around the world and only stay at Marriotts. Ok, Where do I start? From the curb appeal to the front desk receptionists receiving us, it was first class and above and beyond from any other Marriott we’ve stayed at. We were greeted and could feel the warmth as if we were all family. To the beauty of the rooms & views of the famous Y mountain and amenities and the food at the bistro was delicious, and we are hard to impress. It’s walking distance to a movie theater and malls. The service and hospitality at the bar was bar-none. We recommend this particular Courtyard Marriott to anyone when in town to Ski, Graduations, BYU Football Games & Stadium of Fire to name a few, or just needing to get away this is our choice. The GM & Assistant GM were walking around making sure everyone was taken cared of. We will be back many times I can promise you that!!"
