"Living here has been a stress free experience! I had the unfortunate experience of my thermostat completely dying on me in the middle of winter (meaning I had no heat). Maintenance was there first thing the next day to work on it, and they offered me space heaters until it was fixed (which I passed on. I was on the top floor so it still hovered above 60 in my apartment). They worked quickly to get parts ordered and the repairs done, and the front office made sure to call me every day with an update on things like parts arriving and when they were going to work on it next. They do well at keeping the complex grounds and amenities clean for a high traffic area. The front desk was always friendly and helpful when I called with a question (even ones I should have already known the answer to). I routinely see security walking through the parking garage and buildings just making sure everything is in order (and they are always kind and friendly too). They also occasionally do fun events to potentially get a small rent discount for the next month! Just a heads up for people looking at living here: it is nice, but it is situated between two main roads and the bottom floor of two buildings are businesses. THERE WILL BE SOME NOISE. It really isn't much at all, mostly just during peak travel hours, but you will need to be OK with the noise of living in this type of space. None of the businesses are open super late (approx 9 pm at the latest for most of them)."
"Living here was a great experience. Great location, restaurants, pool and hot tub, amenities, and awesome leasing staff to deal with. Finding a new home isn't easy, Midtown 360 made it so. Caleigh, Lola, Breann, Gavin, and all of the office staff are exceptional at their jobs. The maintenance staff is very attentive to issues and are all very friendly. Every apartment has issues now and then, you can't expect it to be in tip top shape all the time. For anyone wanting a luxury apartment, this is the place to go. Side note - if you moan and groan about every problem, it's probably because you didn't read you're lease and are violating it. That's no reason to take it out on the staff, you're the problem NOT them."
"My husband and I lived here for 2 years. We lived in 2 different apartments. The first we lived in was a hybrid studio on floor 2 in building A. The second we lived in was a 3 bedroom on the 4th floor in building C. There are some positives and some negatives to living here. We liked the location as it’s central to lots of things. We also liked that many of the apartments had different layouts and they weren’t all cookie-cutter. The clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool are nice to have and we used them quite often. There were a lot of negatives to living here. When we lived in the studio, there was only one small window in the whole apartment at one end of the unit. In October they turn off the air-conditioning in the buildings and because the studio was surrounded on three sides, our apartment was constantly very very warm. Too warm to sleep. When I asked the office about this, they told me our only option is to leave our window open. We left it open quite often, but because the window faced into the middle of the community it was very loud. We also couldn’t leave the window open if it rained or snowed, or if we were sitting in the front room as it would get way too cold right by the window, but the rest of the apartment stayed very warm. Especially the bedroom. Another issue we had while living here was that unless you showered before 7:30am, the best you could hope for was a warm shower. Not hot. When I asked the office about this, they told me that, at least for buildings A and C, all apartments shared the same hot water boiler and so because of that, other people would be using water at the same time. At first, when we asked, we were told it would only happen every once in a while, but in reality it was almost anytime you showered after the very early morning. They also contract with a very predatory tow company. This complex does not have near enough resident parking unless you pay extra for it. Almost all the parking around the building is retail parking and you are only able to park there for two hours at a time. One issue I encountered was that I parked in the retail parking when I came home for lunch but when I went to leave there was a delivery truck blocking my car in. So to get back to work on time I had to take my other car that was parked underground. When I came back to swap and move the other vehicle, it had already been towed. It had been three hours, so it was more than two but the restaurants on the first floor have their delivery trucks routinely in the middle of the complex blocking cars. The last and biggest issue that we had was with the office. The office is extremely tenant unfriendly. They were rude and very difficult to deal with. They were like that to us on many occasions, and also to other people that were in the office at the same time I was. We rented the clubhouse for our wedding and late October. We had wanted to rent the rooftop but it ended up getting cold earlier than I hoped and we couldn’t have held it up on the deck. So we had to rent the clubhouse. The office absolutely ruined that day for us. There were multiple issues and questions I had and when I would call to get help, I would be told that someone would come but that the office was way too busy to help me with the problems/questions and so I just have to wait until somebody had free time. Some things never got figured out or answered and I was left last minute to figure out a way around the issue. I missed my hair and make up appointments trying to figure things out. They knew it was my wedding and it ruined my day. I was told that I should’ve booked the rooftop deck and then they would’ve helped me. It seemed to me that they took pleasure in being rude and mean. Security does patrol the complex, but the only thing they do is police the residents. There was a shooting in the middle of the night while we lived here, and in no way did it surprise me. We watched many cars and people drive through the complex especially at night, that didn’t seem to have any business here. Overall it was not a great place to rent for us"
"We love living here, a family-friendly compound with all the amenities it offers from the gym, the pool and the beautiful view from the roof, with a variety of restaurants and very central. It's a great place to live"
"Good things first: I lived here for 3 1/2 years. The apartment was clean when I entered and the buildings were usually kept just as clean. The security would be seen on campus often, and so was the towing company. (I only support the towing because Midtown has very little above ground parking.) On top of this, the maintenance crew was always very kind and helpful. Unfortunately that's all the good I can think of. Bad things about this complex: everyone at the front desk is TERRIBLE. They were usually short with me and rude with others I listened to. When I went in with a problem they found a way to pawn it off to "the company" or someone else. So I rarely had problems figured out after I left the office. (Personal opinion: I think everyone at the front desk should be replaced) Also, when I moved out I had a "move out inspection" reserved. They sent someone from the front office that answered 1 of my 12 questions and concerns. So the inspection was a waste of my time. Also, this complex is not forgiving AT ALL for the move out quote. I have seen some other apartments that were completely destroyed when all mine had was holes in the wall (pictures and such) and the shades were ruined. They tried to charge me full price for the shades, even though the contract states that after 3 years of residency I should only have to pay 25% To add to this, the security cameras are a joke. I don't even think they work. I had someone literally shaking my door every morning for almost two months. But when I asked the front desk to help, they saw nothing. (Considering my door was right underneath a camera, I think this is a bad thing) Also, there is consistently dog feces in the hallways and the pet owner is rarely caught. On top of all this, they partner with bad companies. The first utility company they worked with was late with notices and the second company they worked with over charged us by $100 a month until they caught their mistake 3 months later. Lastly, the internet and power was regularly interrupted and usually took at least 30 mins to fix. Overall I did not enjoy my residency at Midtown 360 and don't reccomend others rent here. I think there are other complexes with the exact same amenities that are either cheaper or have better success with happy tenants. Just because it is labeled "luxury" doesn't mean it is worth your money and time."
