"I have lived here at The Boulevard for nearly five years. I have been generally very happy here. This past 8-9 months I have run into a number of issues caused entirely by other residents (noise, trash, pet waste, etc.), but I'm very impressed with how the staff has stepped up to address the problems and do their best to correct them. It's a good location, close to a number of grocery stores, Target, restaurants, it's a straight shot to the interstate, and there are a few nice parks fairly close by. I will be signing a new lease in the coming days, and I'm looking forward to another year here. The Boulevard is well worth a serious look if you're searching for an apartment in Utah County."

"These apartments are a real scam very disorganized and way over priced. First off they will not tell you the exact price you will pay until you sign. BEWEAR of hidden fees they do not tell you about AT ALL. The front office is very hard to contact. They never answer the phone. Maintenance is terrible. We put in 3 work orders over the span of a year for a broken dishwasher and no one ever came to fix it until the week we moved out. When we moved out we cleaned the place good as new. They kept our security deposit and charged us $200 to have the carpets cleaned! Would not recommend anyone live here. Very dishonest and all they care about is the money."

"The Boulevard apartments have great floor plans for 1 and 2 bedroom options. We have corporate lease agreements and have a variety of 1 and 2 bedroom options. The facilities are very nice. Little to no noise from other apartments. Poor area is nice and clean as well. The management and all staff are always very nice and helpful. Maintenance requests are fast. I would highly recommend."

"Do not live here. While the facility was nice, the management was TERRIBLE. Whenever we had an issue or needed something fixed, it was ignored. They tried to charge us for things they shouldn't have, and it took a month AFTER we finally moved out to get their lawyer to stop trying to charge us, by threat of hiring another lawyer. They just want your money and they'll do everything they can to make you pay. The apartments are pretty cheaply made (the "floorboards" are just stickers on stone or concrete bricks) so don't expect anything worth the rent you're paying, but they are still pretty decent apartments. Also, don't expect getting to park in the lot unless you buy one of their premium designated spots. We often got home to the lot completely full and management never did anything about it despite telling them many times. So, I highly recommend looking somewhere else. Of course, unless you like throwing money away."

"I agree that I don't like the cost of the $140 media package and the $25 valet trash fee. However, every other apartment I looked at before choosing the Boulevard does exactly the same thing. In fact, these guys are better because parking is free (unless you want covered). Everywhere down by the University charged a lot for parking but here the lot is never even full. I have always been able to find a place. Yes, paying for the clubhouse utilities I never use does stink, but again, that is part of living in an apartment complex. Overall, I love my apartment - it is spacious, move in was so easy I got from looking at the place to moving in within 3 days, and it was nice and clean when I arrived. Even for a clean freak like me. I've been here for a few months already and don't see myself wanting to move out any time soon. It is so nice to be so close to everything and the staff is always very helpful - Lisa is so knowledgeable and friendly!"
