"Since I have moved in the boulders 2 years ago I have had roaches and also have had people kicking writing racist slurs knocking on my door it's a shame that you can just live in peace.I'm not doing this reveiw to just say anything I'm doing this because the problems needs to be fixed.Ok yeah they have sent an exterminator out but that still hasn't solved the problem because they still are here and it's becoming a nuisance that I can't relax after a hard day of work without chasing some animals or critters around and I didn't accumulate them on my own.So until the problems are solved that 1star is it.Wow i cant understand how they have cameras but don't see people kick on doors are Violating the rules. It's ridiculous and a true let down."
"Management needs to be more professional with their phone manners. Don’t talk to people in such a rude tone and watch your wording. Your residents are your customers, they’re people, have some mutual respect. Edit: They are closed during business hours with no sign, notification to residents, or alternative ways to contact."
"Residents at the Boulders act like they own the whole place. I've had 2 people just walk into my apartment, I didn't know who they were they just scoped the place and left without saying a word. One talked to my little girl while my husband out. I called out for my husband and the man who was talking to my daughter ran out and slammed the door after this we always keep the door locked. Someone even threatened girl because I wouldn't let him get near her."
"Worst place to live. Management is extremely rude and inconsiderate of their tenants. Been waiting on my light to be fixed for 2 years. They have no problem raising the rent each year. But don’t hold your breath waiting for anything to be fixed. When I call all my work orders are suddenly not there. And they tell me if it’s an issue I can fix the lights myself."
"I feel like I'm living the high life here. The amenities are great including a washer/dryer unit inside my apartment. There is a bathtub/shower. I've always wanted a bathtub. Central Air and clean air to breathe. I hate cigarette smoke. And when this pandemic is over there is a swimming pool to enjoy as well as a gym. I love the dishwasher, too and the color of the walls. The maintenance man is awesome taking care of work orders and the leasing office is very helpful. I also chose this place because it accepts pets! DIANE PRIGGE"
