"This place is not what is seems . Way over priced. Stove need parts swamp cooler broke down over and over. I was told utilities werenincluded then on the lease I signed it says included. Have to pay tonearm here really?"

"The maintenance guy is cool, works hard and fast. But that's unfortunately the only positive about this place. They were bought out by a shell company and now only interact with tenants by increasing rent arbitrarily. Do not live here if you can avoid it."

"Overall the place has decent apartments and mostly timely maintenance and property managers, we lived here for over 2 years and had to move out because of rent increasing too much, but there were other reasons we moved out. One includes an sharp spike in other tenants who were excessively noisy and even quite rude, most of whom spoke little to no English and had no concept of respectful noise levels at night. We even had to call the police on one guy, and call the tenant manager about someone who decided to hire a VERY noisy private cleaning crew at 10pm!! Amenities are generally pretty good and it’s close to Macy’s, Target, Chick-Fil-A, Utah Valley IHC, and more. They’ve got a good sized parking lot and coin/app operated laundry with swamp cooler and central heat. Some units have a dishwasher. I just think they could do a lot better at managing the noise level and smoking near the buildings."

"THEY WILL STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT Location was nice, and apartment itself was average. Way overpriced, terrible neighbors that leave garbage all over the yard and common spaces. Overpriced laundry. Landlords will never do maintenance and you never hear about your requests unless you threaten legal action. Then, they will take forever to return your deposit after bugging them over and over for months, and when you finally receive it, it will have a "general cleaning fee" for hundreds of dollars that they refuse to itemize. They know that going after them legally is too much of a hassle, so they expect you to just take the loss and they keep your money. Slum lords all the way through."

"I wish I could leave 0 stars for this atrocious apartment complex. To get things started, my husband and I moved in August 2021. The apartment was filled with garbage and was quite obviously not cleaned before we moved in even though we were told they take a week to clean it for us. The property manager even admit to us it wasn’t clean. This place is falsely advertised on their website so I strongly recommend doing a walkthrough before you commit to anything. There is no AC, no dishwasher, no hardwood floors, and no microwave as advertised on the website. Management changed and they are absolutely awful. They will not respond to your maintenance requests so don’t even try. They rip you off and take every penny you have with no remorse. My husband and I left that awful place much better than we found it and they STILL took as much as they could from our security deposit. Yes, the contract says “refundable” but do NOT count on it. I would never recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy. No one should have to live in this place, it’s absolutely terrible."
