"My experience at Hampton Inn and Suites in orem was divine, and convenient; Skylar at the front desk was extremely welcoming, professional, and definitely contributed to the opulence of our trip to Utah. Thank you for the 5 star hospitality."

"The staff received top marks for their kindness, helpfulness, and friendliness. From the front desk to custodial crew everyone was kind. Although the hotel itself had a dated and dim atmosphere, that aspect was manageable. However, the most significant issue was the paper-thin walls, allowing for noise from neighboring rooms to be easily heard. The first night was particularly challenging due to a crying baby next door, whose cries seemed to permeate into the room. The subsequent nights were also disrupted by foot traffic from a Utah Tech University bus and a school swim team, resulting in three sleepless nights. This experience was particularly flustering because we were there for a dance competition and struggled with exhaustion from our sleepless nights. It is advisable to avoid this hotel, especially during busy weekends, to prevent similar experiences. They obviously have deep discounts for group rates based on the customers so just be mindful if you hoping for a good night of sleep."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Shower was clean but had galvanized pipe to the shower head. I'm wondering if they were remodeling the rooms as there were huge shipping containers in the back parking area. Breakfast was the usual pre cooked and heated up eggs and sausage. There were other options for breakfast as well. Very clean serving area. No one was making noise at night or running up and down the halls which was a plus. The wireless key with your phone did not work so we had to get cards from the front desk. Early check in was great. Great location."

"They don't have USB chargers in the room so I wasn't prepared, but they do have shampoo, bodywash AND conditioner in the shower. The other Hampton I stay at doesn't provide conditioner and it drives me crazy. We had adjoined rooms with a kitchen, 2 queens, sleeper sofa, and a king. It wad perfect for my family of 6. Breakfast eggs were not good- rubbery and wet (I haven't had good eggs at a Hampton in a long time). My kids love the waffles though. I wish they had biscuits and gravy as an everyday breakfast item like oatmeal."

"Very nice suite, comfy and quiet. Employees were very friendly. The breakfast was so so ran out of waffle batter by 8am. The pool was very relaxing, but the hot tub looked dirty."
