"I had my eye on these apartments a year before I ended up moving in. I had to keep checking back to see when it would be available again for rent since everyone seems to love living here. And now that I have lived here, I can see why it's always filled. It's definitely a gem in Orem and my dog liked it here too."

"I rented from Peay's for years. They are great people and have been in the renting and real estate business for decades. In my opinion, tenants who expect to get a full deposit back when there is money and man hours that need to be put in to turn over an apartment to the next tenant don't understand that's what a deposit is used for. dirty carpet, dirty walls, broken or dirty blinds, that all costs money. I have friends that currently rent from Peay's, specifically this property and they have been very pleased with their experience. I recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent."

"The apartments are very spacious, clean and kept up on. Someone comes early every morning to shovel snow. There is a nice fenced in dog area which has been convenient. The office staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Plenty of parking. In a great location, easily accessible to freeway, shopping and schools."

"The apartments are amazing!!!!!!! We seriously loved living here. We lived in a 2 bed 1 bad apartment and later moved to a1 bed 1 bath apartment. Both apartments were GREAT! Giving 3 stars because of Lorena, the property manager. She is seriously one of the rudest people I have had to deal with and I worked in customer service back then. I just talked to her 3 times and honestly, what a bad experience. It's literally like talking with a "Karen". She is so entitled. No matter how nice you are, she will just be rude to you. Other than that, great place to live!"

"My husband and I just moved out of these apartments to be closer to family. I am telling you now- You will NOT find a better deal for what you are getting here in Orem. I am very very picky and I looked for two months and this was by far the best deal that was offered to us. there are NO HIDDEN FEES! My husband and I had no credit when we applied and we were accepted. The apartment is so beautiful and it’s a very fun nice community. I don’t know why people have been saying management is difficult because she was absolutely wonderful and knew her tenants very well. I also don’t know why people keep saying it’s impossible to get their security deposit back because we got ours back. If you leave it like you found it, you’ll be fine. I wish I could do more than 5 stars! Such a wonderful complex!"
