"I have been living at Canyon View apartments for over a year. One notable aspect the prompt response to maintenance concerns. Canyon view apartments is quick to address issues. Parking is a non-issue. There is ample space available for both guests and tenants which eliminates the common hassle of searching for parking spaces. Front office staff is easily accessible & approachable during business hours."

"These guys are great and the service is awesome! The only complaint I have are that there are no Ethernet ports in the rooms and 1 of our bathrooms doesn't have a fan. The buildings is a little old in terms of its guts but everything else has been renovated and looks and functions great. Those are literally my only 2 complaints tho. They will do pest control inside upon request and maintenance is fast and nice!"
"scammers This place is good at taking your money they put everything on a contract so when you move out it doesn't matter how clean you you leave the apartment if it was not a cleaning company they are not giving you the money back! I was living there for 3 years when we moved out I move the fridge stove washer and dryer. I also cleaned inside the fridge and oven and dishwasher ! I Cleaned the baseboards the paint was still in really good shape. Floors were in great condition I took pictures of everything! I cleaned cabinets on top of the fridge dusted everything and clean tubs and toilets and wiped the mirrors mop when we moved in the carpet was already used they just washed it. one of the rooms carpet did need to be cleaned but they took our 500$ deposit plus a 360$ fee from 6weeks of utilities that they charge not from the gas company or light company !! This is a fee they sneak in the contract so you are obligated to pay! Don't move here!! And the price to live here is ridiculous!! I cleaned better than most professional cleaning companies out there!! They are a scam!!!"
