"It wouldn’t be fair for me to leave a review completely based off of the old management. I lived here before the ownership change in November 2023, and there were many things wrong with management, the facilities, cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, public intoxication, etc. However, I have since been back a few times to pick up packages sent to my old address, and the new owners have put some very friendly and efficient management and employees in place. I’m not sure of names, but a gentleman with salt and pepper hair helped me retrieve a package today. He was super friendly, kind and helpful. There was another lady with him at the front desk, a redhead girl, who was also very friendly and kind towards me. Even after I explained my situation and how I used to live here, they showed me no abrasion for having moved. Some apartments in the past have shown abrasion in similar situations. Overall; I appreciate the new management thought I cannot speak to their internal management style. One star off for my experience while I lived there, but 4 for the overall experience and new management"

"I lucked out getting this apartment!! Rhea was such a sweetheart helping me find my new home. I love the set up of my place, and how new it all feels. The managing team also was so welcoming and they seem like they’ll be more than happy to help with any issues. Thank you guys!!"

"There is a few things that are definitely cons about living here. The pool and hot tub never seem to be open even though they still charge you full price of the required amenities package. If you live next to the outside stairwell be prepared to smell hot wet dog and cat pee and poop every time you open your front door as well as your patio door. As well as the neighbors are so noisy well into the morning. Even though parkway lofts have done the most that they seem to ever do by sending an email. Those few bad things aside they are not bad apartments! Especially for temporary living. Now i say temporary because every time you need to sign a new lease it is guaranteed that they will try to raise the rent at least a couple hundred a month. They are spacious and very comfortable to live in. And the amenities are so great (when they work)"

"5/5 stars--I've been a renter at the Parkway Lofts for a year. Im renewing this month. Excellent service, always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. The staff is always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. Communication on changes is consistent with the emails they send. Orem Frontrunner is within walking distance. I feel so lucky to live here! I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet modern clean feel this community offers. I Would (and have) recommended Parkway Lofts to friends moving to the area. One moves in next month. I would encourage you take a tour and experience it yourself. You won't be disappointed."

"I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with the Parkway Lofts Team. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Parkway, I renew this month, and I strongly recommend Parkway Lofts to anyone looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with this team, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier! I started my rental with a different management team. If it was under the old management team I wouldn't be renewing. They have turned this place around quickly and set up standards to make the experience great for everyone."
