"I lived here for three years. I would have stayed except we outgrew our apartment. Management has done a lot to continually improve and update the complex during this time (and I hope repaired air conditioning is next on the list, but we just put in our own while we were here). I think this is in a great location next to UVU, Walmart, the freeway, Orem temple, Nielsen's Grove Park, and Utah Lake (there's also a great back road straight to BYU). There are lots of amenities including good parking, an awesome pool, and fast internet. It is also pet friendly and we made a lot of friends here. With these perks I feel it was very affordable. I'm happy with the management and maintenance and am sad to be leaving. I would live here again."

"I have live there for two years now and yes the air conditioning sucks. Upside it's affordable and management is great. They had made a lot of improvements over the 2 years I been there. It is a old apartment building that's been there before I came to Utah in 2005. The plumbing is old so it take a bit for hot water. I would give it a 5 star if air conditioning was up to par and plumbing. You can't beat the rent it more affordable than most places around. Plus you are not to far from everything. You can jump on UVX and get to stores and restaurants. UVU campus is like a 5 minutes or less walk . There more positives then Cons."

"03/25/2021 I’ve lived here at University Village Apartments twice in the last thirty years and both times have been an excellent experience. In fact, I would go as far as to say this is probably my favorite apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. It’s not a new, huge, clean or perfect apartment complex like some of the others, but the management, location and the price are UNBEATABLE. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance including a huge Walmart, McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s and UVU. Neighbors are all very decent and quiet. The management is always very friendly and responsive. I’ve never had to wait for machines in the laundry room. Great morning and afternoon sunshine. Beautiful 360° views of the mountains and the lake. Awesome park just 1 mile away. You get far more than what you pay for here. All the utilities are included in one low fee. Any negative reviews you read about this apartment complex do not take into consideration the incredibly low price of the rent and utilities. Friendly easy-going management and maintenance staff easily make up for all of their little shortcomings. I really enjoy living here. Highly recommended for anybody on a budget. Useful 0"

"I loved living here. When I asked about getting an extra outlet added to the kitchen, they sent an electrician that same day to sort out the details. They also were very kind about rent, especially when it came to late fees. With me being forgetful, they posted a notification on my door to help me avoid getting a late fee. They were constantly upgrading the premises to include better water heaters, remodeling other rooms, and improving the pool area. They were extremely amazing to work with when the lease came to an end. My friend/Co-signer decided to stay another year, so I left the details and responsibilities of the apartment to him and his new co-signer. The apartment was very thorough about getting the records updated and changed. It was a very stress free transition. Max was always a big help when questions or concerns arose. He was always able to help me out. Original Post Feels like home, with kind neighbors, green grass, and a nicely redone pool area. Got right in as soon as my contract started. Management was friendly and answered all my questions. The appliances were all new, the walls were clean, and the floors had just been cleaned. Rent is surprisingly affordable for a college student, especially if you can find a friend to split it with (highly recommended). The walk to campus is less than half a mile, with a Wal Mart right up the street. The only issue I have is that the cooling systems aren't quite up to par for keeping the units cool on hot summer days. You also have to set up your own WiFi, but its not the worst. Many of these reviews haven't been focusing on the positives of this place."

"I lived here for two years in their small one bedroom apartment. The price is really good for what you get. Its hard to find places in the area that are single bedroom that you can afford by yourself working full time but this place definitely fits the bill. I would probably still be living here if My boyfriend hadn't moved in. It just wasn't enough space for two people to live in. I was on the ground floor so the unit was easy to keep cool and warm and I loved that the utilities were flat rate per unit and included internet. It made budgeting very easy. Also the ground floor unites have a little back patio/yard area that are shared with a couple of other units that is awesome! The first year I lived there was amazing, but this most recent summer they didn't open the pool, i think they were working on refurbishing it which was very disappointing but understandable. The second year i lived there also the laundry facilities seemed to have continuous issues which was irritating considering the units don't have in unit washer/dryers or hook ups. It was especially irritating after the laundromat close by closed down to make way for an extension of the Toyota dealership which is now RIGHT next to the complex. Some of the other tenants who moved in the last year I lived there were also very inconsiderate, more so than the previous tenants who lived there but there is not much the complex can do about that. some times the main office is very difficult to get a hold via phone but they are very responsive through email, and they were really helpful when i was applying and getting into the complex. I didn't run into a lot of problems I needed to see them for so them being unavailable didn't really bother me until I was moving out. The maintenance guy is awesome. He helped me get back into my apartment after hours several times when I had locked myself out. And the Location for the price is very very hard to beat. I would honestly recommend a friend live and have on several occasions when it fits what they are looking for. Great place to live as a whole."
